A simple 10 minute job and they wouldn't do it. Was told that it wouldn't happen. I'm guessing just laziness. Could have charged $200 for 10 minutes their loss. -2 stars. Front desk wouldn't acknowledge me for over 10 minutes and once they did weren't friendly at all. Which is fine it's a tire shop but they seemed clueless and not willing to help. Then came time to pay and any questions was like pulling teeth. Simple questions too. Like invoice number, who does my client ask for to pay? Never got straight answers for anything. -1 star.
