Parking easily found, clean & calm environment, & smiles on the walk in? What more could I ask for? From the front staff, Nicole & Ashley were the absolute sweetest and always ready to help with any and every question!! To Dr. Sia whom handled my oral filling emergency less than 24 hours after it happened. To the wonderful assistant Thayany that was extremely patient with my picky needs. (I am not easy to please but they did it stupendously!) Dr. Sia was extremely informative in explaining everything prior to working on my needs. During her work she explained absolutely every step which I thoroughly appreciate as a type A person who needs to know it all!! Tahany met all of my needs in making sure I was okay from beginning to end. She was xtremely attentive & I LOVE a person who pays attention to detail. Together?!! Oh my, WHAT A TEAM!! If there is something i don't understand from my insurance company the staff take their time and explain it. My hygienist is Michelle! She is amazing! Her time and attention to detail in cleaning sessions are flawless. My entire family comes here. My son had his first cleaning here and my husband comes here too. It's hard to find a great family dentist like this one. Dr. Feret knows what's he's doing and gets the job done! The office manager is the most compassionate person and is very comforting and generous with her time. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Horrible unprofessional staff. Michelle cleaned my teeth. Does she have a X-ray vision? Why her opinion about health of my teeth was sufficient as opposed to performing X-rays? They missed two root canals! I had to find another Dentis because few days after the "cleaning" I developed a pain in my tooth. Had to do a root canal. And now, 3 weeks later-- another tooth! All could've been avoided if they did X-rays at the cleaning appointment as they should. Horrible horrible office! read more

They are runing an Insurance overcharge scam.. Your insurance will be charged with ridiculous charges if U go there (got charged $800 for a simple set of Xray scans. They will do them even if U dont need it or dont want the xray done). its sad, because it only scares customers away. I will never go back there after i got my bill (yes, my insurance paid for it but because of places like this one Ur insurance coverage gets more and more expensive andby the time theyre done with U Ur over your yearly limit). If you have anxiety regarding the dentist I recommend you try this office. Even after moving to NYC I still make the trip here twice a year because it is hard to find a good dentist that I trust. I have never had a good experience with dentist ever! When I started going there I was almost 50-year-old scaredy-cat but their route canals are literally no pain cleaning her more. I've gotten for crowns from them their payment options are incredible. The clinic is very clean and staff is extremely nice, attentive and organized. The hygienist is one of the best I've ever had - fast, painless and efficient. My experience with Dr. Adam wasn't the best though. I went there pain free, looking for a cleaning. The first thing they d with all patients is an X-Ray. Dr. Feret said I had a cavity and needed treatment (important to mention that I never had any cavity in my 38 years, so I take very good care of my mouth). He treated my cavity and my problems started! Now I have a HUGE sensitivity in my tooth and - the worst part - he is not taking any responsibility! He keeps telling me to visit another specialist (and pay extra for this appointment at his clinic!), he says that he could treat my tooth again if I want to, but that he "can not guarantee anything"...he gives me no confidence at all that he knows what he is doing in my mouth. We both agreed that my nerve is not impacted so I don't see any point in seeing this nerve's specialist - this should be his LAST option. He should be focusing on protecting and saving my nerve at this point. BTW: if my nerve is damaged, he was the one who damaged my nerve when treating my cavity. I had no pain at all before going there and letting him drill my tooth. Now I am in pain, insecure to let him work again in my mouth. And all of this after paying almost ONE THOUSAND dollars in treatment with him. The least I would expect would be for him to feel confident that he could fix my simple problem (a cavity!) and guiding me to the best solution, with confidence. read more

I visited westfieldsmiles with a tooth ache- the young lady that answered the phone was very friendly- so I decided to go to the office- the staff was friendly - I needed a lot of work done( cavity, missing teeth and broken teeth) I have waited to do any dental work because I know it will be expensive- I was there for 2 1/2 hours ( my teeth was cleaned and X-rays done) and when the dentist came - she came and other office staff( maybe because I need so much work done) she looked and said I needed more ex rays and left- I watch a film on implants but I really want veneers and another staff member came in and stopped my consultation and said" your asking about implants and we can't do your appt any more" I was shocked- I kept asking "what's wrong- what happened" but to no avail - they said come back tomorrow- I'm a private duty nurse who works 48-56 hours a week- I only have one day a week- they didn't charge me for the teeth cleaning and X-rays - told me to come back at 5 but I feel like never mind- I'm paying cash and waisted my day and felt disrespected in the end- I chalked it up to a bad day till I received a text stating I have a December appt when I called them after I left and stated I will not return- ( where they being funny?)- I had a bad experience- the office was not crowded and still don't get it- my advice is- go someplace else- someone would appreciate your business read more
