I was happy to know they offer free parking for the market by the Subculture coffee! All the vendors were very kind and more than willing to explain their products and some even gave free samples to try out! I will say toward beginning of April is when there isn't crowds at all so definitely the best time to visit and walk around without feeling like you're running into people. This market is a staple in west Palm for a reason and offers the greatest products while allowing yourself to get some steps out in the Florida sun!

The market stretched for quite a few blocks down Clematis Street which was closed to car traffic. There were a lot of people selling clothing and jewelry. A couple folks had collectibles/antiques. I'm not sure why it's still called a "green" market as we didn't see much edibles/food nor produce. The street was quite busy. I'm not sure how much selling the vendors were doing, however. I thought prices of many of the items were quite high. Then again the folks slumming from the "island" (palm beach) wouldn't mind a bit. Although we didn't buy anything, we always enjoy browsing.

Th inside of the market was clean and well organized. There is a fresh juice and smoothie stand. The rest of the market is the typical grocery store items along with produce and a meat counter. The produce looked fresh and they had some interesting things you might not find everywhere like sugar cane stalks and chicharon pasta. They even sold pots and pans. The groceries however were very expensive. For example a small bottle of sesame oil was $12. With so many businesses in one spot this was still an interesting stop.

And we walked the entire length of all the booths. The market itself was in an area that we'd never been to by some various parks and Royal Palm venues. The booths were wrapping around part of the lake and along a path parallel to the main street. We found a parking spot under the trees when another car pulled out. Everyone was quite friendly, too, as we walked around. Vendors of jewelry, clothing, honey, handmade soaps, pet products like dog chews and dog beds, guacamoles, breads, candles, cookies and brownies, plants, microgreens, gift items, et al. One area had a few food trucks and was near an outdoor picnic table. We did try some delicious and refreshing "made that morning" conch salad. I'd definitely like to come back again. It was fun to browse and get in a comfortable walk as well as getting some ideas for holiday gifts.

Inside are bins of produce, the typical supermarket varieties of fruits and vegetables. They also sell plants, large pots, frozen pasta, pantry items, spices and seasonings, McCoy's honey, fresh herbs, and roasted peanuts. There is a discounted produce section which was a bargain. The regular fruit and vegetables however were more than I have been paying at Aldi's where they look fresher. Outside there are some plants next to the parking lot that are being used for a botanical study. I am always checking out different farmer's markets for cooking inspiration but I can't say I really found any here.

They had someone singing, vegetables, coconut water, fruits, coffee, jamaican food, pet treats, clothing, custome made cards and many other stands.The first stand whose aroma greats you is the BBQ stand. Ga's Smoking BBQ. That stand smelled so good. It put me on a trance. Friends Products was the vendor I tried. I had the spinach artichoke garlic spread with the chips. It was delicious. It was vegan. I tried it and bought it. I was that hooked on it lol. The vendors were all very nice. They educated me on things. Everyone here was friendly. I enjoyed the service and the experience I had here.
