Their cup supplies were not very well organized and it took some time to find it. We went through the grocery section and noticed that the prices are basically grocery store prices. There is no wholesale. If someone was looking for much larger sizes of things for a restaurant, they could certainly find it there. However, I found it expensive they have fresh produce which could be purchased more cheaply at Costco at the cash register. We were asked if we would use our PC optimum card and that's when we realized this is a grocery store with some restaurant supplies, one of the big things that should have triggered that thought was that there's no membership required. In terms of the staff, I found people very friendly, and the location is quite good. If I were just reading the staff, they would get a five star.

This location has essentially costco size items at superior to Costco price and does not require membership. It's one of my favourite places to go to. The staff are very nice, no line ups and price scanner error lives here. My favourite item to buy is the Chapman bucket ice cream. Buffet quality ice cream serve to enjoy at home. Cheers!

This review is based on 'my' years of experience…read more I'd like to post a better review, especially for the owner! This kindly gentleman is genuinely interested in providing the kind customer service that make these small outlets a treasured and valued part of our local community. The issues lies with some his staff and how his business is run. Who runs who!? I never know what kind of (surly & entitled etc.,) attitude I'm going get when I walk through the doors. The store never seems to be properly stocked for what I'm looking for most often than not. I usually, time permitting drive to New Street to save myself the trouble. In my experience they behave like they own the place and it's a privilege to be served by them!!! Words of advice. Don't ask too many questions, you don't wanted to feel like your being scolded. Call first, to see whatever your looking for is actually in stock. Having said, there are some very nice (younger) staff who are genuinely interested in providing good customer service! Ps. Sorry, but this review is a ~long~ time coming!
