The photo doesn't show all of the rotten strawberries because we had already thrown some away on the drive home while sorting through them. The amount we threw away could almost fill another box. We were pretty disappointed with the quality, especially considering how much we paid.

Their delivery service is prompt in that you can select a delivery for the following day, and their deliveries are well packaged, sustainable and returnable/recyclable. Their delivery person is also really nice, which can change, but is a nice bonus. I'd say their website user interface needs some help, as things go missing in my cart without notification, but that's a minor nit to pick. The best aspect of this company is their customer service. They are very considerate of their customers - I once ordered some chips and was given a small discount after purchase because of the short shelf life. The explanation came on a little note (see photo), and I appreciated it the thought!
