First, Rubio was selected by our insurance to fix a small dent/scratch on back left which turned into a repair cost of 5X of original quote and a spike in our insurance (not to mention it took 7-8 weeks!). While that was wrapping up, we had our second vehicle in for repairs to be covered under warranty and after 3-4 weeks of lies and being without the vehicle again, we lost our chance at getting the repairs. Travis had told us repeatedly (verbal, text & email) that he had submitted 3 claims for repairs. He never did, these were all lies! Turns out he did nothing. The overall communication and lack of execution was very poor! We were extremely disappointed and do not recommend Rubio/Travis to any of our friends and family in the area.

Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. One guy has to take all the "orders" and of course no one can read the menu and be prepared. Just two guys and they seem a little burnt. The teams after the wash are great.
