Dry cleaning in this area can be really expensive, and after trying Yelp, Google, Apple maps, and even asking hotel staff, this spot was the winner. The lady working there was super helpful and made the whole process easy. One big reason I chose this laundrette over others was the payment options -- no confusing cash exchange here. They accept both cash (euro) and card, and I was able to just tap to pay for the wash and detergent, which made it super convenient. I brought in a small suitcase of clothes and was in and out in about an hour. I'll definitely be back whenever I need laundry done in London!

Haven't been to launderette for years and my eysight isn't so good but Angie was brilliant in explaining what size washing machine I would need for kingsize duvets. I brought my own washing and conditioner in and Angie showed me where it went. I didn't have enough change but Angie did. There is a change machine, drinks machine(40p for a cuppa, which was very reasonable) and joy of joys, a toilet!!! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and fresh. I came in on a Monday morning during the summer hols and it was almost empty. In the winter and children back at school, it will be busier but you can get washing done! Met the manager who comes in on a Monday and Thursday. I told him I was impressed and would put a review in. 2 kingsize duvets to wash and dry came to approx £17. This one does the job and there's usually a machine free when you need one. Last time I checked, it was more expensive than Headington Launderette, but sometimes it's worth paying a bit extra to avoid carrying your laundry further. A wash costs from £3-£4.50. The machines are card-operated and you can buy cards from the internet shop next door. I find this quite annoying, especially as I think they have a minimum spend limit of around £30 (it used to be £28). Not good for one-off use, or when you're in a hurry. I still think it's easier to look for change. They've got driers as well, and it's quite a sociable place, but lots of minus points for the confusing card system.

I leave my laundry to be managed by the very courteous staff and I collect it later at a time…read moreconvenient for me. It is always carefully folded and smelling good. I also take my shirts/blouses to be pressed and they are returned to me beautifully ironed and on wire hangers. This is not expensive, in my opinion, £5 or £6 for five (if my memory is correct).
