He knows where all the pieces are that you need, and it turns out most of the time they only cost $.45 each. I know Jim from a long time ago when I worked with his wife at the State, and he's always been friendly to me. When I go in and I have a problem I ask for Jim by name. If he's there, the. I'm out in just a few minutes. There are other people that will help, too, but Jim is the best. Keep that in mind and go out and work in your garage -- and shine! Check out the problem Jim solved for me with three or four of these little loop pieces. I was going to install conduit to run this electric line over a gate that I have. This is the electric fence for our dogs. Instead of conduit, he suggested metal screw loops and running the wire through these loops. Here's a picture. What I did is I went in and told him my plan and showed him the pictures, and he suggested this. It was so easy...and he save a dufus like me about 4 hours and $60!!! They got the new key to start the car but none of the keyless entry buttons would work. They told us to come back another day and they will try. Couple days later we came back and they spent another 45 minutes trying and still couldn't get it. Then they told us to pay some other places to get it programmed but wouldn't offer a partial refund because they couldn't provide the service that was included in the price of the key. I will say the person we got the first time had decent customer service while he was struggling. The second person had a piss poor attitude and was extremely rude. Even ignored us for a while. I suggested they put up a sign or tell people up front that they can't program all cars so people can make a good decision before they spend over $150 on a key.
