This park used to be known as "peter pan park" but lately we've sadly been calling it "dog poop park" after counting nearly 100 piles of dog poop in the grass areas near the walking paths. It has gotten so bad. Leaving dog poop is illegal in Westminster and people should be fined but there's no one enforcing it and parks crews don't clean it up either. read more

Love this park! Beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. Great open grassy space and covered pavilion.

We took our grandson to this park prior to taking him to dinner. We had an enjoyable time with the London Bridge, many slides, rock climbing and musical board. Nice, clean and friendly people. read more

Cool park! The official name is Westminster Center Park. I love that there are no rocks, sand, wood chips, etc. for kids to toss around and mess the place up. The water feature is fun, too. There is one castle in the middle, called London Bridge, which only has ladders, no slides. A super pain in the ass when your child can get up but not down by herself. There are restrooms but they are apparently closed in mid-October, which is one of my pet peeves about Colorado parks. Still it is good fun. read more

Amazing park for kids and adults. My family and I like to go to different parks. This is by far one of the good ones.

This park was built in 2010 as "Westminster Center Park" and nicknamed "Peter Pan Park" by locals. The play area surprises with a London theme, complete with the River Thames, Tower Bridge, and Big Ben. Cool little park but the name on Yelp can be confusing since the name is officially Westminster Center Park. Our nephew was visiting and he loves to climb! The different climbing feature gave him a ton of options & many were age appropriate for a 4 year old. There's a bit of green space just to the east of the park where you can fly kites or play a quick pickup game. I agree with a few other comments that the shade is lacking so come summertime bring your sunglasses and sunscreen! read more

What a fun park! Basically it's just a field and then the playground. And what an awesome playground they have. There's a large play area with several structures. A lot of them are named after different things, like the London Bridge. Next to the play area, there are two covered picnic areas. Between the picnic areas, there is a small water feature. It's about 6 feet by 2 feet and has about an inch of water which flows through it. There are two or three large "rocks" which have water coming out of them. This area is perfect for little kids, as they can get drenched but not submerged in water (my 10 month old had a great time here). Then there is a fountain area with about 5-6 jets coming up from the water. There is also a building with restrooms and a water fountain. We will definitely return, as this park is good for a regular playground or with the water areas on a sunny day. read more

Water feature - check. Wide open space - check. Clean - check. Fun and interesting playground - double check! No sand, which is OK by me. My son loves the Peter Pan-themed structures and I like that it has a small water feature so you can cool off on a hot day. read more

Great park and splash pad! The park has fun equipment and imaginative theme and the ground is a spongy material so there's less to worry about if your kiddo takes a spill. The park equipment is a good mix for older kids as well as tots. Plenty for both to enjoy! There can be quite a few kids and family members there without it feeling crowded and there's always plenty of seating for parents. My only gripe is how much trash there always is in the splash pad area. I know it's not something they can easily police but a lot of people have picnics and parties, it seems, and there always ends up being a good amount of trash in the water features. read more

Love this park!! And so does my daughter, which is the most important thing. It has several structures that are far superior to any other park I have been to in this area. The water feature is the best! She was able to cool off this summer without having to be submerged in water. The other parents that come here are very nice and love to actually play with their kids, just like me! Surrounding the park is a field with a sidewalk trail, which is perfect for our dog. Usually we do one or two laps around the field and then it is playtime for little miss! We currently live down the street now but are moving to the other side of town in April. I'm bummed about that, but it definitely will not hinder our return here....especially once the weather warms up!! read more

I had heard rave reviews of this park. Upon first glance I was not impressed. Lots of grass. A weird Washington monument. We got sprayed by sprinklers. But then I found it. A giant play structure that looked like a pirate ship. Epic slides. Alligators. I had been searching for this park my entire life. I just didn't know it. Believe the hype. Awesome park! They were very creative when they designed this park...I love the little houses, London Bridge, rock slides, and the cool ship. The water features are great, but during the summer make sure that your kid has a bathing suit or they will be disappointed. The only downside is that there is not much shade for the kiddos on the playground. Make sure you bring sunscreen. read more

The park had a pirate ship and a splash pad. Automatic hits in our family. Plenty of different structures to play on, climb, and hide behind. There's great shaded seating for parties too. Our toddler loved the little river. read more

We love this park for our littles (3 years and 7 months). I would "ditto" all of the positive comments - it's different, there's a great splash area, even when packed it never seems too crowded. Moms can rest assured there's a great Barnes and Noble around the corner to grab a coffee and let the kids cool off/chill out in the reading zone if needed. I will add some of the cons: the park gets extremely hot - like burn your hands (or feet if you're playing without water shoes) hot. Some of the structures are really dangerous - I have seen kiddos fall off and I'm pretty sure one kid broke his arm. I love the splash area for my kids age, but once they're both brave enough to climb the bigger kid areas we will probably avoid this park for a couple years until they can properly handle. Overall, one of our favorites just wanted to add those bits in! read more

My sister lives across the street so we spend many summer days splashing around at this park. Spacious, clean and an adorable little stream that the smaller ones just love! The pirate ship is the center of attention for the older set but me? I personally use them both. Woo hoo! read more

This park is amazing! I love the mat flooring instead of the wood chips. I kept my 15 month old very occupied. It would be great for any age. The water aspects are perfect for young ones. We are going to frequent this park a ton this summer! read more

Great park. Has water so bring a towel for kiddos. It can get packed but only because it's awesome.
