After he walked me to the parking lot I was sold. Great place and the price was better than Oliver's and two other places. Along with being able to get the tires and complete the install. 96 hours total soup to nuts. Highly highly recommend Wilks and Louis. I've had my oil changed there for a couple of years. They now have my tire business for life. Wilks needs to give Louis a raise and a fat ass bonus.

After getting the car back the window still made a popping sound and was told by the owner that that's normal (even though the other 3 windows do not make a popping sound.) Finally after a while the same window broke again and I had to take the door panel off and get the glass and found that it was the original part and they had just used JB Weld to repair it. After researching the new part cost around $90, but they opted to use $5 in JB Weld, so this means they profited $210 instead of $125, if they would have actually bought the new part like was told to them and they said it had been replaced. This is a very good scam, jerry rig parts and tell the customer they have been replaced, so when it eventually breaks again you can charge them again, but unfortunate for them I actually know how to work on my car and know that it was rigged and not actually fixed. I suggest to anyone to stay with your car for repairs to see if they are actually doing the work and not just cutting corners to maximize their profits. It's sad that you can't trust people these days!!!

I had 5 brand new wheels and tires installed on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. First thing I noticed was…read morethat my lug nuts on the front drivers side wheel were so loose by the time I got home (5 miles down the road) that they came off in my hand. They tried to blame it on my wheel spacers that have been on my jeep for every set of wheels and tires I have had. It was also such a bumpy ride that my whole vehicle was rattling and bouncing. I had to go back 3 times because they could not get my tires to balance. The first time they were balanced they had multiple rows of 1/4 ounce and 1/2 ounce weights on the wheel. That should have been a key indicator that they lacked the knowledge to balance tires. The 2nd time I went back the tech did nothing but complain about how heavy the tires were, and he also told me that he hated the brand of my tires. He only wanted to rebalance one wheel, and he came into the office to google how to balance it. After the 3rd time they still could not succeed. I called and spoke to the owner before I took it to another shop. He informed me that I am putting 37" tires on a jeep and I should not expect it to ride good. He was extremely rude. I don't expect it to ride like a Cadillac, but I expect them to at least balance the tires the correct way. I asked for the balancing fee back because I was going to have to go to another shop to have the tires rebalanced. I went to another local shop and the balance machine showed all tires being out of balance by several ounces and slightly out of round. The technician at the other shop told me himself that my tires were done half way. It is not uncommon for a 37" mud tire to be out of round. After having the tires rebalanced by the other shop, there is little to no bouncing. It rides 100 times better. So now I have paid twice for the tires to be balanced because of this shop's incompetence. After being shown proof, the owner still claims that his shop did not do anything wrong. The owner then told me he would give me $40 back to help go towards the $80 balance fee that the other shop charged. With the grief I have dealt with, Duck River Tire should have paid the entire rebalancing bill. I wanted to give a new small business my support, but I definitely learned my lesson with this shop. I was more patient than most people would be. I hope this is a lesson learned for them so they don't do this to anyone else, but with the way the owner did not take any responsibility for these actions, I highly doubt that will be the case.

To make a long story short, we approved what was needed to fix the oil leak and the catalytic converter they said was needed. $4800 was quoted and paid when they completed the repair. About four months later we were back for the oil leak which had gotten much worse. They claimed they replaced something related to the oil filter connection. At this point we lost all confidence in their company and we went to the Honda dealership. After hearing Honda's $9,000 bid to fix, we decided to buy a new car and end this nightmare. Christian Brothers should have been honest with us and advised us to not fix this car and buy a new one. They care more for their profits than they do customers. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

Everything is new, clean, and does not look like a typical customer lounge. My husband even noticed and complimented the service mgr, Devin. Hubby settled into a comfortable chair and browsed one of the books on the table (about highlights of the SEC). Next to the Keurig coffee area is a large window that overlooks the service area. I sat on a stool at the bar in front of the window and watched the technicians at work. CBA provides a complimentary inspection with pictures and video of the car, as well as a detailed report of the condition of the various parts of the car. Wow! The techs were thorough and their uniforms were still clean in the afternoon! Hmmm. Maybe they change if theirs are dirty? After payment for my new battery and its installation, Devin had a yummy surprise for us. Never have we had such a great experience at an automotive shop! (They also have a shop in Hampton Cove owned by the same person and an affiliated shop in Madison.) I guarantee that you will become a loyal customer - just like us!

Also went there with the same car about 6 years ago due to a giant deer landing on the hood causing extensive damage. They put humpty dumpty back together and it looked like a brand new car and never had any problems due to this repair. Afterward, for a while, when driving by their shop, I seen the car parked in their lot. I figure they were just parting it out. A short time later, I get a Carfax email asking me to rate my oil change service for the car in question. After looking at the Carfax report, the car had been sold. Holcomb Collision made me think the car wasn't worth fixing so I would sell it to them for nothing. That way they could fix it and sell it to make more profit. We also had them fix a dent in another vehicle. We had to get them to fix it twice because the first attempt was not acceptable.
