They have sooooo many to choose from. They vary greatly with some being modern and some looking like theve been there since the store opened. They definitely have the gamit of styles covered and Most are reasonably priced. Then there are the little touches to make your house a home, like rugs and pillows, or the many forms of decorative art inside. I've never actually purchased any of the furniture so I can't speak to the quality but It looks good and They offer unique as well as classic styles. In recent years, they have cleaned up and discarded many of the older odds & ends that were probably there since I was born. That was part of what I used to like about this store; finding useful things from the 70/80/90's that are no longer made but still were useful. But also cleaning it up, did make the overall store look better... Told a house rehabber about this place and he didn't have a clue. Most people just don't know. It doesn't have the fancy bells & whistles, or the fancy lights or sign to draw you in. All I can say is that if you know, you know! I will always try to support a family business over a big box store any day!

The selection and prices were great, but the staff was even better. Unlike a lot of other places I've been, they let me browse on my own without bothering me. Yet, whenever I had a question they were right there ready to answer. I ended up buying all of my apartment furniture from Lisy's. So long Ikea chairs! The delivery was fast and flawless. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly associate who said she would have someone with us shortly. In the meantime we could go to their free cafe in the back and grab a snack and coffee. I was also very impressed with their interior - they had a calming koi pond and pretty stairs. The layout was also not as overwhelming as other furniture stores and was easy to navigate. Our sales associate was Jackie and she was wonderful. She answered our questions and offered recommendations without being too pushy. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. We ended up leaving for a bit to take more measurements of the room and to scope out other furniture outlets. We only needed to see Raymour and Flanagan's overpriced stock and rude employees before we immediately went back to Bob's. We ended up buying a bigger sectional than we had originally planned and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to delivery day and will update this review once my couch arrives. For example, the kitchen area had items like a stove, dishwasher, and all the utensils you could need. The staff were kind and helpful. One of them helped me measure a chair to see if it would fit under my desk. There are all sorts of designer clothing and handbag items too. From an informative, patient and friendly salesman (Joe) to everyone else in the store, we were treated as well as we could have desired. Prices were a bit lower than those of other dealers, too. The delivery was seamless, respectful of our home, and completed by two very pleasant people. They also have an extraordinary gift shop, which we found to be a hidden gem in itself. One part was damaged but it looked like it might not be visible once assembled. So i decided to assemble. It was absolutely visible. When i called i was given two options a 5% discount that will void the warranty or disassemble the item and get a replacement. There really was not a choice in this mater. Spend 4 hours to disassemble one and return to get another and spend another 4 hours to assemble or take the 5%. I feel like they maybe do this on purpose so they can sell the item at a fraction cheaper and not have to honor their warranty. Will never order from them again.
