When i called i was given two options a 5% discount that will void the warranty or disassemble the item and get a replacement. There really was not a choice in this mater. Spend 4 hours to disassemble one and return to get another and spend another 4 hours to assemble or take the 5%. I feel like they maybe do this on purpose so they can sell the item at a fraction cheaper and not have to honor their warranty. Will never order from them again.
