This incurred a $100 service fee For nothing more than removing the lid and seeing the tank was full which had already been done. Contacted flash sanitation in regards to pumping the tank at which time flash sanitation wanted to charge a full charge for pumping said tank. Flash sanitation was unwilling to alter their price given they had sent the router company first. This is nothing more than a ploy to see how much money can be obtained from a customer. I would rather do business with someone that is reputable and understanding than a money hungry one.

I hired Precision Roofing to re-roof the south side of my screen porch, which had been leaking…read moresince long before I moved in 5 years ago. Joe estimated $450 for the job and warned me that it would be more if they found damage after removing the shingles, which we both thought was quite likely. They found that one section of decking and one rafter were badly rotten. They took pictures of the damage, sistered in a new rafter, replaced the rotted decking section, took pictures of each repair, and replaced all the shingles, flashing, etc. as I'd requested. The total bill for the job was just $530 ($80 over the original estimate without the decking and rafter repair). I am very happy with the work done and the price.
