Paul showed up on the scheduled day with the proper equipment and with workers. He had a septic delivery scheduled and an inspection time set. They worked very fast. Some told me it would be a 2 day job. Paul was done and passed inspection before 5:00. I would certainly use them again. The only snag was that they chopped into my well line. That cost me 180.00 to fix. It would have been nice if they had done something for me on that. But like they said, it shouldn't have been there and they didn't know it was there.

I have called them on several different occasions over the past 3 months and I have never received a phone call back. This is the owner, Charlie, that is lacking the effort to communicate. Our house is within 10 minutes of their location. I believe this is a very poor way to do business. I can't believe we are not even worth a phone call back.
