Literally the greatest! When we moved into our new house, no less then 5 hours after we moved in, the toilet basically exploded and there was everywhere. I called DR drain cleaning and they had a guy at our house within 15 minutes to fix the problem!! He saved us!! Turned out a trees roots in our yard had grown into the pipes. He taught us all about how to fix it and what we needed to do! I was so thankful for this man I almost invited him to our wedding the following month 10/10 recommend DR drain cleaning when hits the fan....or in our case when hits the entire downstairs bathroom. read more

I wish giving this company no stars was an option. I had plumbing issues where my pipes were backing up, so I gave Dr Drain a call. Someone came out, snaked and hydro jetted the pipes only to continue to have the same problems. Mind you, the hydro jet was a 99% guarantee that it would solve the issue. I was handed a $900 bill to only have the same problems as I did before and have to have the pipe replaced, which any good plumber should have known to begin with. After paying $900, the owner then suggested a $10,000 pipe liner. I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

I represent a small condominium residence here in Battle Creek. I can't, in good conscious, recommend this company. They performed the agreed upon duties of flushing our underground drainage, but in the process, punctured one of our underground irrigation hoses. This was two months ago. They originally agreed to pay half of the expense for repair (when honestly, they are %100 responsible), and now we have been TOTALLY ghosted by them. They have paid nothing. Won't return texts or emails. Not a good look, and I don't recommend them. Questionable ethics with regard to business ethics. read more

They are local and they are good! My sewer line backed up. Archie Crooks recommended DR Drain. They worked me in their schedule that same afternoon. After clearing the line, DR Drains' "Jason" wanted to test it by running a couple loads of water from the washing machine via the sump pump. - The sump pump would not pump. He did not have to do it but, Jason got the sump pump out of the pit and determined the cause--- it was plugged up and he fixed that too. he did it all in just a few minutes past an hour. read more

I had an issue with my toilet and tried different remedies to get un-plugged and nothing worked. I had to call for some professional help and they were able to come to my aid a couple of hours later. The guy who showed up (forgot his name) was very professional and explained how toilets work and what needs to be done. He was able to fix the problem in about 20-minutes and I was charged $99.00. I had been having trouble with a leaking shower. Travis, from DR looked at the problem and showed me that the sliding shower door was working improperly and water was running out onto the floor. He demonstrated how to seal the door so it would not leak. This was a superior diagnosis to the previous company who wanted to cut a large hole in the drywall and inspect the plumbing. DR will ALWAYS be my first call. read more
