They also extended and buried one of my gutters to ensure that water was in fact flowing far away from my foundation. Living on clay soil, this meant that I went from having a babbling brook in my basement during rainstorms, to no water coming in at all. It's been a huge relief, and I'm incredibly grateful to the both of them for their considerate and honest assessment and resolution of the issues I was having. Called Paul and he said this is the seed he always uses. I told him it was a "starter" grass and to come out and see for himself. He did nothing. It's your money...you make the choice. Their price was one of the two best bids I received, which was hundreds less than others. Some other contractors didn't even bother returning my calls, or they took a week to respond. Paul showed up on the scheduled day with the proper equipment and with workers. He had a septic delivery scheduled and an inspection time set. They worked very fast. Some told me it would be a 2 day job. Paul was done and passed inspection before 5:00. I would certainly use them again. The only snag was that they chopped into my well line. That cost me 180.00 to fix. It would have been nice if they had done something for me on that. But like they said, it shouldn't have been there and they didn't know it was there.
