They helped save my mother's house from a fraudulent quit-claim deed, and for that I am thankful. But in the end, we had to go to court several times to fix documents they prepared because they kept doing things incorrectly or insufficiently. I get mistakes happen, and some cases are not straightforward; but repeated mistakes, missing documents, asking for too much without proof, etc, and dragging it out costing me 3 years of bond instead of 2 was out of line. Will never recommend them. Also, remember that we pay for each document and court appearance, so if they make mistakes, they make more money from the estate. And the real estate agent they recommended to me was Sam's son. The RE agent did a wonderful job helping me in a dire situation, so I give him great credit, but it felt like a self-interest setup, and nothing will change that because they didn't disclose it up front in good faith.
