I had a Groupon for this place and I was nervous to use it based on some of the reviews. My massage was ok but not great. It was more pressing on muscles than an actual massage. I will say I did feel relief the next day in my shoulders and neck so he must have done something right. I definitely would not pay their posted prices but the groupon price was reasonable. I was not forced to leave a tip like others stated I think they have new management. I wouldn't mind returning for a foot reflexology but unless I'm on a tight budget I probably wouldn't return for a full body massage. read more

I've been here twice with a Groupon. The first massage I received here was when it first opened and it was okay. I wasn't fond of the masseuse's style, Swedish and lacking pressure. So, I never came back. But, recently I decided to give it another try since my friend recommended it. Second visit, I had a massage by Jessica and she was great. She gave me a deep-tissue massage, strong pressure and I felt so relaxed when I left. I wound up coming back the following week, however, when I called Jessica wasn't available so, I asked for a woman. Once I arrived two women led me to my room, I undressed and got on the table. One of the woman told me my masseuse will be right with me naturally I thought it was going to be one of them but, to my dismay a man came in and asked me if I had any complaints. I quickly informed him I asked for a woman when I called, he apologized and excused himself and called Lucy to start my massage. I was confused about the mix up but, I just brushed it off. Lucy started my massage and asked if I wanted a strong massage and I said yes. Typically in Chinese Massage Parlors they warm up your muscles by doing a 5-10min massage while the sheet is over you. I don't mind it as I find it helpful and relaxing, however, I started to realize she was doing this for much longer it had to be 20-25mins long!!! And as I'm about to ask her to move onto the actual massage she literally climbed on top of me and started putting her knees into my back, what in the actual hell?! I asked her to stop and to massage me with the oil, she quickly apologized and got to the massage. Lucy began to massage my back and did more of a Swedish style massage with medium-ish pressure, eh.. but, then she quickly moved onto my arms. She barely spent anytime on my back. Then she started to work on the side of my hips and the top of my glutes which I was okay with because I was sore from the gym, however, I noticed it was a little louder than usual. I heard a new customer walk-in and talking to another employee and walking towards his room again it's a little louder than usual so, I look up and I was f*cking mortified the door was 2 ft wide open!!! The male customer and the other employees walked past my room while my bum is exposed! Lucy quickly shut the door and tried to push my head down!!! Unf*cking-believeable!!! She clearly knew that was not appropriate or else why would she react the way she did?! Needless to say I was ANGRY! I asked her stop the massage and I told her that, "you don't massage clients while leaving the door open for other people to see me naked!" She went on to tell me that no one saw me and that due to Covid they're required to leave the door open. She then proceeded to show me the door was cracked and not wide open as I saw it. Again Unf*cking-believeable!!! To which I told her if I could see the man that just walked by he could see me too!!! She tried to finish my massage and I told her no and asked her to leave because I wanted to get dress and get out. It literally took her 4min to leave because she wasn't getting it and kept trying to massage me and tell me it's okay no one saw me. I then spoke to the manager whom told me the door was just cracked open and I told him it wasn't! I saw it with my own eyes! But, he proceeded to tell me that's their covid protocol that they have to leave it slightly open. I told them both "that's fine if that's your protocol but, you have a responsibility to tell your clients first about your new protocol and also don't lie about how wide the door is open like you're doing to me right now!" I've gotten massages before and never has this happened to me. As a woman, I was angry for being exposed and their blatant lies!!! I literally walked out and didn't even bother to pay. No one pays for a massage to have a bunch of strangers see them half naked. No one! Needless to say I'm never returning here again! read more

The overall massage was decent. I'm giving this place a one star review because of how unprofessional they were. As I was heading out the door the women were at the door waiting for their tip. I left a tip with my card and they were dissatisfied with the tip I had left. They were trying to force me into leaving a larger tip then I had left. After a wonderful first experience, I booked another massage here. Made the appointment for 11:30 over the phone. Got there on time, the parking lot was completely empty. A gentleman pulled in as soon as we parked and we walked in together. I heard him tell the woman there that he didn't have an appointment and the woman said something to the effect of "only 30 minutes". They took him right in. With that in mind, the receptionist (who hardly spoke English) kept trying to argue with me that my appointment was for 11, not 11:30. She showed me her scrap paper with her scribbled appointment details (so not legit) that showed she wrote 11. She said she called that morning to confirm the appointment, and said that I confirmed. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. So at this point, two other women were involved in arguing with me about the miscommunication (which was on their part). After I showed them I had no calls from them, they pulled out their phone to realize that the woman called the wrong number. Still continued to argue that the appointment was for 11:00. I said "can you take me or not?" (keep in mind that the parking lot was empty, they took the weird man in right away, without an appointment, no questions asked). The woman finally said it was no problem and led me to the room. Talk about getting stressed out right before a massage (totally defeating the purpose of trying to unwind). I dimmed the lights when going into the room, which should have already been done, but no big deal. They give you like 1 minute to undress as well. The massage this time was just okay, whereas last time it was amazing. At the end of the "50 minute" massage, and I say this loosely because there were two occasions when the woman left the room for a few minutes (one time was to get hot stones, and the other time idk what she was doing, and I was in the room at 11:34, and redressed and stretched out by 12:30), I left the room and all three ladies that were arguing with me in the beginning stood by the door and really had the audacity to chirp "tip? tip?" I told them that was super rude to ask for a tip and informed them that it was in the room. Walking to the parking lot, the guy who pulled in when I got there's car was still there. An hour later. After they told him 30 minutes. It certainly seems that they are running a "happy ending" massage place and using Groupon incentives to get regular massage customers in. That would explain why they demand a tip from regular massage customers- probably because they get way better tips from the "happy ending" customers. I am willing to bet money they will be shut down in a prostitution sting. This was the worst service I have ever encountered at a place that is supposed to be relaxing. A friend of mine gifted us a couples massage via groupon. Of course I came to Yelp to see what my fellow helpers thought and to prepare myself being that it was a gift. Booking the appointment was very easy. We even called the day of to see if we could come 2 hours earlier. I was placed on hold and she said we can come an hour an 15 mins earlier. Unfortunately, we were 15 mins late (sigh). They called us to make sure we were still coming and wished us safe travels. Already I felt relieved and confortable. We arrived at a mini plaza, dance studio next door and a row of parking spots in front of the stores (about 6 -9 spots). We were greeted by a lady at the front desk who whispered us through the groupon redemption. The front entrance was spacious and clean, front desk off to the left.Two ladies came down the corridor which has 4 doors on each side and led us into the first door on the right. The room was clean with two massage tables and two bars on the ceiling above each bed. These are actual rooms, not areas sectioned off by curtains. I appreciated that as well. Hubby quickly explained that he needed and wanted someone to walk on his back. I said no, just a regular deep tissue. In order to accommodate his request the ladies switched sides, prepared our beds and gave us time to change. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. I felt comfortable and not nervous to say more pressure or if it was too much. Full body massage with hot stones at the end. Hubby...well he fell asleep so that's always a good sign. An alarm went off to signal our time was up. My masseuse didn't rush to stop instead she finished out the area she was working on. When they left the room we were so relaxed I think we fell asleep for about 10 mins. No one knocked to rush us or "check on us" which felt good. We were given water as we exited the room and given the opportunity to book again at the front desk. We already booked our next appointment for a decent price. read more

Came here for a couples massage and it was an interesting experience. Price was good and my husband had a great massage, which is why I give them 3 stars. I had someone that I assume was the owner or manager doing my massage. This means he left twice to pay people out while I was on the table. He didn't wash his hands and immediately came back to massaging me with bare hands, after he was checking people out touching their credit cards or money. Went for 30 min massage. Provided specific instruction to focus on lower back and legs. My legs were hurting especially quads due to exercise. She kept focusing on upper body. Did really good massage on upper back and then lower back. Nothing, absolutely nothing on legs. After the massage, I asked her what about legs and she said to make another appointment for 1 hour at least. Moreover, she was rude and asking for minimum $10 tip. Reluctantly accepted $5. Such a rude experience. My quads are still too tight. The massage should be a relaxing experience. This was complete opposite. She walks us back into a room with two beds that has handle bars over both beds. We weren't asked to fill out any paperwork or asked what type of massage. The two lady's come in and start working, the first 20 min was getting rubbed with a sheet over us which was weird. Then comes the lotion..a little too much focus on my butt which was weirding me out. Plus this lady was literally straddling me while i was face down. They did not massage out my knots but instead, pushed on my bones. There was a large focus on my butt, which I found weird and uncomfortable. I honestly did not even want to tip them so I suggested $8 be added to the card as a tip. (We had the groupon) He said he can only take a minimum of $10. My mother got a massage here. We had a 50 minute massage and 10 foot massage. First off she told them not to put too much pressure on her back. She currently has a red mark going down her spine and her back hurts alot after the massage. Next they never gave her a 10 minute foot massage that i paid for but instead a "shower". Lastly, the thing that pissed me off the most. I gave her a $10 tip and she was asking me three/four times for more money. She wouldn't stop. About a month ago went to get the couple's massage with my girlfriend. Was meh compared to other massages Ive had, ended up stressing me out more and relaxing me less. The pressure was a bit firm too especially on the shins and the head, the latter of which hurt for a day afterward. Talked to my girlfriend afterward and it was the same thing, it hurt and didn't relax much. Not sure about the credentials of the staff. Just surprised it is rated so highly honestly. read more

The facility was clean and well kept but the massage was physically painful! I have had massages in the past and have never experienced pain like that during a massage. I spent the entire hour wishing it was over. I would tense up in pain and the lady would tell me just to breathe and continue to push harder. I even told her before the massage that I would prefer gentle massages over rough deep tissue ones. My back hurt for the entire next week. Bought a couples massage from Groupon. It was very easy to book, just called a day ahead. Upon walking in, everything was very clean. However, we didn't have to fill out any paper work, which is odd. So the massage room was also very clean, however t was odd that two bars above each massage bed was on the ceiling (we'll get to that later). The massage started with a 15 minute massage over the sheet (no complaints). At the end of my 15 minutes, to my surprise, I felt a pair of feet stepping on my back. The women was stepping on my back while holding onto the bars on the ceiling. Pretty odd, but I didn't say anything. The rest of the massage was great; perfect amount of pressure. However, if you aren't happy with getting a full on butt massage, this place might not be the best choice for you!
