I have found staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most day's you'll find Brett (the owner) holding court in the office greeting customers. He has an (and his staff's) encyclopedic knowledge of batteries for your phone, computer, wind turbines (yeah wind turbines) camera, golf cart, power tools ...they'll find it or order it! The prices are competitive and affordable. I have been rarely disappointed with any of my interactions or purchases.
