Prices are a little on the high side, however they have a fantastic selection to choose from. They have a rewards program that can save members money. She was absolutely worth the trip! From the moment I arrived, Kiley was incredibly sweet, warm, welcoming, and personable. That energy was consistent throughout my appointment. I felt genuinely comfortable in her chair, which is something I haven't always experienced with a new stylist. We talked throughout my whole appointment, and the conversations always felt natural and never forced. She also immediately understood what I was trying to explain about my hair-- what I wanted, what I didn't like, and the overall look I was hoping to achieve. My natural base is extremely dark, nearly black, but I like having lighter hair without the color looking too harsh or disconnected from my natural hair. Kiley made me feel especially confident when she explained that she has plenty of experience working with my type of hair color. A lot of stylists primarily showcase clients with naturally lighter starting levels, so knowing she was comfortable and confident working with such a dark base immediately put me at ease. Don't let a worry of 'Trader Joe's lot parking' deter you from trying this salon. While at times the lot is busy, I have never had an instance where I couldn't find a spot for one of my appointments.
