I ordered mozzarella sticks and spinach dip, bowled two games (which took almost 40 min) and only got the spinach dip RIGHT when we were getting ready to leave. I notified the waitress 4 times and she kept giving different excuses. Everyone around got their food (pizzas, wings, nachos, burgers, fries) before we did and they got there after us. Give it two stars for a clean and a modern environment, but it's expensive and lacks diversity. You don't know what you're getting into because the website offers NO bowling prices information. Everyone seems to know each other and with that..comes special treatment among staff and customers. The bowling alley seems to emphasize on the bar, and special events. Yes, kids are welcomed but there's a lot of heavy drinking going around. However the food is decent, slighly over priced. Parking sucks--the lot is small and the spaces super tight. read more

This is not the bowling Alley you want plan any family affair at,support or attend!! I called to reserve 2 lanes the day prior .. asked about League's blocking lanes for Father's Day and would they be available they told me no need for reservations that I just should come. I believed the manager as he said he was ! My Dad was so excited and drove from BAton rouge to join in. .. he even had on jeans, I never seen my business man dad wet jeans! We got there at 4 pm at I was told .. oh we bout to close for league at 5. Me: Well I called yesterday and I was told to just come, pulled out my phone and showed the young blonde hair girl at desk my call log that showed a call of 2 minutes. Her: No ma'am don't know who you talk to! Me: Well the manager .. go get her! She walks up .. yea we will get you at 5:45. It's 4:25 We wait, my Father talking smack bout how he gonna beat us. 5:30 I go check in... blonde girl at desk tells me It's gonna be at 7:00... oh no! Go get the manager again! Went here last weekend and had the most racist experience I ever had in my life the security guard told us we had to leave for no reason at all and cursed at one of the females that was wit us we paid for 2 games and food we had just started the 1st game when we got put out and they refused to return our money...the Jefferson parish police who was working detail told us he didn't see us doing anything wrong but that he is working a detail and he has to do what they tell him to do he told us to go to the sheriffs office and file a complaint...it was also a group of older white men and women bowling next to us and they kept asking the police and security what did we do and they couldn't give an answer the security guard got in one of my females face and told her "Stupid bitch I don't have to answer your questions" read more

It's not open to the public. Only for leagues. The only time you can bowl with your family are a few hours on Saturdays. I was disappointed.

Terrible service, sexist towards men, do not bother with this place. Played an entire game with no server approaching my party to take food and drink orders. Had to order drinks from the bar after convincing the bartender because all I was getting from them is "I can't do that." Also could not order food from the bar because we had to wait for our lane server that did not even show up at our lane. Plus a $10 minimum to use cards, if it was $5 I would not have minded. All in all it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning to this place nor will I recommend it to any of my friends or family. read more

This place purposely tries to exclude people of color . I'm not sure if it's pure ignorance or racism. The dress code is specifically targeted to African American attire. No sagging jeans, sleeves jerseys,etc. Although, this is their business and I guess it's okay to have a particular group of people at their business. Please note , this is not a place that's welcomes people of color . My family and I were visiting for a family reunion and bowling was one of our family events . The first night , they had an excuse why we couldn't bowl. So, we took the following night. When we got there they stated it was too late so we would have to wait an hour. The turned three of the kids away for having cut off family reunion sleeves, wanting us to purchase their shirts . Despite, the apparent signs we were not welcomed , because most of the family was on a chartered bus we stayed. We are bowling , drinking , eating and have a good time as our family generally does. We are in the process of the final bowl off to determine the best of the top three scores , when we are told our cousin is put out of the bowling alley. So, we find out it's because she informed the waitress she no longer wanted a pizza she ordered after finding out they were going to charge her 6 dollars more than they charged our other cousins for the same pizza because of gratuity . The waitress stated if they haven't made the pizza , if not you are going to be charged . She was told it was made and she had to pay. She refused and security told her to leave. After, hearing this we no longer wanted to further patronize this establishment . I ask to speak to the manager. Who wouldn't give her name for personal reasons , I was told it is Nina by other staff. I asked her if she would ever pay for merchandise she never received after she gave me an analogy of paying for goods in any other business . She stated she would not pay, so I asked why she expected my cousins to? I explained for all the money we just spent i this establishment you would further jeopardize your business reputation for 20.00 but putting her out . Then , the security guard jumps in and states we didn't put her out, we asked her to leave . After, hearing the stupidity from his mouth , I knew it was time to leave. I asked who was over the nameless manager , she stated no one was. So , I'm going to continue to find out who is in charge, to make sure they are aware of what's happening . After, this the security guard threatened to call the police unless everyone left . He became hostile when someone questioned the racial profiling of the dress code. Another male worker co fronts my niece stating he has a degree, when she has two. In fact , the majority of the family does . Please do not patronize this establishment . I was here this past weekend, to say the customer service is poor is an understatement!!! They are flat out rude and disrespectful!! A group of us went here. We order food and alcoholic beverages. So it's safe to say we spent well over $100 plus tips. We next paid for two games of bowling at $5.25 plus tax per person and $3.00 per person for shoe rentals. We had two lanes about 13 of us bowling. One of our lanes were stuck and an security employee approached us and told me to move out his way so he could fix it! I told him that's not how you speak to customers and he had a Jefferson parish officer ask me to leave for no reason accept I asked him to say excuse versus move out of his way!! Unacceptable!! We spent too much money to be told move and not refund for the experience we paid for but did not receive!! I reached out to management and no one ever returned my phone call!! $25 fee to bring in a bday cake...unreasonable considering you don't offer bday cakes to purchase! Never felt so harassed at a bowling alley! Constantly reminded us what time we had to finish because they claim it was a tournament night! There were several lanes open so it was not as if we were taking up a lane for a league! It was a Sunday and website says tournament nights are mon-Fri. Server said "I'll take your order, but my shift is over!" Once she left no other server replaced her and then they had a problem with us ordering from the bar! Gratuity automatically added to check, so customer service is not a priority! Order was wrong and would not give a refund! The suggested gratuity on our check was $3.60 for 18%, but our automatic gratuity was $3.95 for piss poor service! read more
