We have been going there for 12 years, not overly satisfied, but never had to go very often, so we dealt with the lack of organization. Some doctors are very good, others don't care too much. Last experience decided me to go elsewhere: It took me at least 30 minutes just to make the appointment over the phone because the clerk could not find my child's file. We show up 20 minutes ahead of time as requested, waited for an hour in a close to empty waiting room, saw the doctor for 10 minutes. She did not check immunizations and if any update necessary, did not offer flu shot which is just available. Then, the clerk in charge of referrals was gone (because it doesn't matter that they dispose of your time, but don't mess with theirs!) The referrals we then were supposed to receive the next day were never called in. I called a day later to be told that it was not found, not filed, and would call me back. They called back while I was at work and could not answer, and no message was even left on voicemail. Now we have to play phone tags, I don't even know who to ask for. I was hoping that Oschner taking over would be an improvement, it is clearly worse. That's it for us, we are going somewhere else. read more
