She was almost dropped off the table. The vet held her mouth closed and head down as he poured tons of ear products down her ears. He also tried to tell me that my dog had a tumor that needed to be removed which isn't true and seemed to be trying to get money out of me. This place is cheap but is not worth it due to lack of help, direction, and politeness. Will not be returning.

She was on leash, they weren't. The brief skirmish left her with a rip in the left shoulder and a gigantic open wound where they tore the skin off her haunch. She required emergency surgery and a LOT of follow up care since we were treating a LARGE open wound. Dr. Gary Edwards was VERY kind and very professional and explained how the wound would heal. His use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory meds, Manuka honey, and a cocktail of painkillers and CBD kept my dog from developing infection and minimized her pain. I held up my end by keeping her as quiet and clean as I could. She is eleven years old and a beloved pet who sleeps on our bed. We were in and out of the office frequently for two months and I was always pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of his staff. It's a busy office, but it's a happy office. They acted like they really cared about my dog. I highly recommend their services.

The girls at the front were very sweet and greeted my dog and chatted with me when I came to drop him off. I felt very comfortable leaving my fuzz ball with them! I knew he'd be in good hands! They offer other services for a little bit of a charge but all in all I think they're reasonably priced compared to other places. Although, it was a pretty pricey first time visit that required me to pay for shots he didn't have and a fecal exam, which is why I gave 4 stars (not from around here maybe this is a common practice!) But they are upfront with all the costs and there are no surprises! Hopefully he was a good boy for everyone!

My daughter stopped in to visit her dog and noticed bleeding coming from his ear. He had a tear on his ear and brought him immediately to the vet. Poor dog had to be sedated and sutured. The tear was also infected. Nobody ever notified my daughter of the incident but was told hit happened the week prior. (Conflicting reports of the exact day) Not to mention when she showed up the dog smelled like urine. She was told he urinates in his crate every night. She said he never does that at home and asked how long he was crated.... The response was 14 HOURS!!! This is inhumane!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE!!!!
