This has been my go to veterinary for about 7 years now. I am very grateful for Dr Flores and his…read morestaff. The hours of operation are very convenient for people that work during the day or people that live far like myself (2hrs away). I recently took my dog in after he was viciously attacked by three other stays. Flores wasted no time in treating my dog and took him in without an appointment. Flores truly does care for the well being of the animals that make it to his establishment. He will not nickel and dime you as other people have stated in the reviews. I've saved a lot of money going to this veterinary and I will continue to schedule any vet appointments here. One thing that might deter people is the dry/dark humor... this is one of the many reason I keep coming to this place. My girlfriend and I keep a running list of puns and dad jokes from Dr Flores. Thank you Dr Flores and staff. We are truly grateful for your care and dedication you have provided for our pets.

The dog didn't need teeth pulled, he just wanted her money! He also BERATED my MIL, she is still learning how to use her new phone, she was trying to show him a video of what the sneeze attack looked like, however she was having trouble accessing the video and he said "don't you know how to use your phone?" This was unacceptable from a "professional." This man is rude and greedy. Go somewhere else.

I want to start by acknowledging that euthanizing a pet is already one of the hardest decisions a…read morefamily can make. We were in an incredibly painful situation, our dog had bitten our daughter in the face twice and needed to be euthanized for her safety. We had adopted him from a shelter, and finding a compassionate, affordable option was not easy. Shelters were at capacity, the SPCA quoted over $500, and other vets were similarly overpriced. We called Northpoint, received a price over the phone, and made the 45-minute drive from out of town, already emotionally drained. What we experienced once we arrived made a devastating day so much worse. First, upon arrival we were informed, for the first time, that we needed to bring paperwork from the shelter where we adopted our dog. No one mentioned this when we called. Staff attempted to contact the shelter themselves, said they couldn't reach them, and then told us they might not be able to help us at all. My husband had to get back in the car, drive to the shelter to retrieve immunization records, and return, adding significant time and stress to an already traumatic experience. Second, when we were finally seen, they quoted us a higher price than what we were given over the phone. They also attempted to add an urgent care fee, claiming we had been given an urgent appointment, which was not true. My husband had to push back just to get them to reconsider. When he mentioned the original price we were quoted by phone, staff told him there was nothing they could do. We were grieving. We were exhausted. We had already driven nearly an hour and a half round trip for paperwork. And Northpoint chose that moment to add surprise fees and dismiss our concerns entirely. It felt like they knew we had no other options and used that against us. I wouldn't wish this experience on any family already going through the pain of losing a pet. If you're in a similar situation, I'd encourage you to get everything, pricing and requirements, in writing before you make the trip.

All were difficult to handle for them yet have had no problems at other vet medical visits elsewhere. My havapoo pictured below has not been right since returning home...she is walking very, very slowly, has her head down and will not eat. It is painful when lightly pet on her back and sides. I paid $459 for worry and anxiety resulting from the services provided at this community clinic. As i have used Vip in the past without complaint, going forward i cannot take the risk of injury in the future and will pay the additional money for vaccinations at my local vet. Angie the vet tech said WE CAN'T SEE YOUR PET we can do life saving treatments, I said again, I'm asking for labs to be done and the pet is not in need of lifesaving treatment then ANGIE said we do NOT TREAT sick pets. AGAIN I advised ANGIE my pet is NOT sick, is eating, pooping, no vomitting, peeing. etc. I also asked for the policy and ANGIE could not provide this. Also Angie did not confirm this with the vet she made her own assumptions and when I asked to speak to the supervisor she said "I am the supervisor". very mouthy staff that does not know what she is talking to. my dogs have had gastritis for many years and on and off antibiotics and this has NEVER been an issue and now we got the COMMANDER in charge ANGIE ruling with a gavel indicting who, when , where, and why with nothing in writing. ANGIE needs to be excused as a customer service rep. as she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND lacks professionalism.
