I lost count of how many times i called in to check on them but the people working there were so nice and answered all my questions. I recently brought my Cane Corso, Logic, in for grooming, and let me just say--WOW. These folks know exactly what they're doing. Cane Corsos aren't the easiest dogs to handle, but the team here had incredible confidence, patience, and care from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was top-tier. Logic came out looking fresh, clean, and proud of it! His coat was shining, nails perfectly trimmed, and they even gave him a little bandana that just added to the vibe. But what really blew me away was the customer service. Everyone was SO warm, friendly, and welcoming--it genuinely felt like dropping my dog off with family. You can tell they truly love what they do. Nothing but good energy here, and Logic picked up on it too. He usually takes a little while to warm up to new places, but he was relaxed and happy, which says a lot. Four Paws Pet Hotel is hands down #1 in my book for both grooming and customer care. They did a good job but were dishonest when it came to pricing. I was charged an extra $25 because I was told my son nipped at the groomer. I told them ahead of time he is a little fickle and will tell them when they need to give him a break but has never bit anyone! He didn't bite them but he was vocal and apparently that caused them to charge more even when I was told "it wouldn't be a problem, they are used to it". Happy they did a good job and worked us in thus the 4 stars just don't like extra charges after the fact that aren't told up front! That being said, the owner called me later to talk to me about it, which to be honest, I really appreciated and caused me to come back and change my review. read more

This place was fantastic. We left our three dogs with them for a week while we were in Florida. They got to stay together, which was important to us. Libby is really shy, and they took the time to sit on the floor and let her come to them when she was ready. We were able to call while we were away to check on them and never felt like we were a bother. We got pictures daily, which was nice. They take very good care of our girl, Rizzo, when we are out of town. They groom her very nicely and grind her nails too!

Boarded our pets for three days and received pictures everyday during their stay. Only drawback is you cannot pick up your pets on Sundays.

We love Four Paws. My Roxy loves Sam. Sam always makes sure Roxy isn't contained for too long as it stresses her out. Roxy comes out happy and cute. I highly recommend Four Paws. read more

Leaving two stars because at least they're fixing their mistake with a refund for part of the "grooming session" place charged me $64 for my small 7 pound dog to get a bath and get her nails cut/filed/painted. After 3 hours I was finally told she was able to get picked up when I picked her up none of her nails had been filed, multiple nails just were straight up not even cut (but still obviously way too long). Mind you the only reason I wanted to bring my dog in was to get her nails cut and filed so they weren't so sharp. Luckily the lady at the front desk was kind and tried to help file them down herself and offered me a refund for the "pawdicure" anyways never going back here ever again next time I guess I will just go to petco!!!! read more

Four Paws is nice.... the people are very friendly. I was hoping when I brought my dog here that she would be able to run around with other dogs and work off some of her energy. Unfortunately, I don't think there is much space and believe she spent the 4-6 hours onsite sitting up front with the person running the desk and a few small dogs. Would be great if this place could expand and create an environment where dogs could really run off their excess energy. I heard they are now open 7 days a week which is an excellent decision! I spoke with the receptionist who was very friendly; I had a question regarding grooming. I then was talking to someone else her name was "Miche" "Michi" or something to that affect. Well, she is rude! Her tone of voice over the phone call was a no go. The woman seems really unhappy with her job or her life. I asked will you be the one grooming my dogs; she responded with an attitude. Mind you this is my first time to take my dogs for an appointment here; I understand every establishment works different and this is why I was asking questions so I am prepared and I know to follow their individual policy or rules or preference. Well sorry I had questions because geesh that woman was not having it today. The minute I requested to cancel my appointments oh, her tune changed! Sorry but I do not need attitude. I do not feel safe dropping my dogs off with an unhappy person who is right off the bat giving unnecessary attitude. Dogs vibe off that. I'm good. I cancelled both appointments for my two dogs. I will never take my pup back to this place. Our vacation plans changed two weeks prior to our trip and we where not able to find a pet friendly rental. I read good reviews about this place so we decides to bring him thinking he would be in good care. It was the first time leaving him so I was a bit nervous. He was so happy to see us when we picked him up we did not notice anything weird. He is an inside dog and never has potty accidents, always goes outside. He peed on the carpet, so I cleaned and went to put his daycare bag away. That is when i noticed his bed stank and was soaked in pee ( it was given to me in a large plastic bag). It seems he was not given potty breaks. Today is now the second day after his stay and he is still not eating well, totally not him. He has been acting scared, will give some situations we had. We where outside and baby got the water hose, he was next to her. As soon as he saw it he ran off scared and did not want to come near. Later I was playing with him it was all fun until he accidentally ran into my knee. He ran off scared and did not want to come out of under the table. We have three kids and he is very active so has run into toys or us and has never acted this way, he would just shake it off and continue playing. We have our thoughts of what went on in this place. I am taking him to the vet to get checked out and hopefully is back to his normal happy self soon. First and only time I will leave my pup in the care of a stranger. read more

I had the best first experience here! I took my dog to get groomed and I was very surprised with how cute the place was as soon as you walk through the door. Very clean and open. The groomer really took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a great job of achieving that. The only thing I would change would maybe the the time of products used on my dog. She didn't smell of shampoo or perfume or anything really. I like my dog to have a noticeable clean and freshly groomed smell after a trip to the groomers. Other than that everything was great and I'll definitely be returning if the prices stay the same :) read more
