Having only driven the car 3 days, I had to take it in to the service department on 4/11 and it was going to take 2 weeks for it to be fixed. Eric from Finance said the vehicle couldn't be taken back since the bank owned it already and there was nothing he can do. BUT yet they expect me to pay for a brand new car when it is now going to be a repaired vehicle when I get it back. I was called Friday 4/19 that the car was gonna be ready Monday 4/22 and when I call, they said the part didn't come in and that it was cancelled so now they have to re-order it. They don't call you with updates so don't expect that either. Salesman Billy was terrible. You pretty much sell the car yourself, he always was looking down when I asked questions, didn't explain any pricing of the vehicle, but he did highlight where to sign. Hopefully I get the vehicle back before the end of the year. I do NOT recommend this dealership, just got to Odessa or Midland and save the hassle.
