I was one of the first ones to call about the new Dodge Demon 170. They were so enthusiastic to help me out considering I was the only one that had called. They told me they would sell me the car at MSRP and send me the paperwork to make a deposit and finalize. Days go by and I hear nothing from sales guy besides " we are waiting for GM " I had told the guy that I stopped calling other dealers because of this word that he had secured me the car. Finally, the salesperson gets back to me " Tony" and tells me oh they have been getting more interest on the allocation and now they will be doing 25k over MSRP. I still agreed and wanted paperwork to be sent to finalize the deal. Same thing occurs, no communication, no call back, no paperwork sent. I text the guy, no reply. Finally call the sales guy after he keeps ignoring my communication and he ends up picking up and hanging up knowing it's me calling. Dealers like this need to go out of business. This market has completely changed how dealers treat people. Disgusting.

I had two sensors go out, there was water in my taillight, I had three completely bald tires & my window wipers were useless. These are all issues that the dealership should have taken care of prior to having the vehicle on the lot. I shouldn't have to pay a thousand dollars for faulty sensors that gave out only a few weeks into having a new car- yet that's what ram country wanted. I have called about 10 times for an appointment here it is in March and they have still yet to reach back out. I even dropped my car off for service and he didn't do anything at all just had it sit there. I was told they had parts to fix my car and upon picking up they told me "I didn't have time for a diagnostics" (after already receiving two and knowing what was wrong) So I pick my car up I call back the next day and bro tells me to make another diagnostics appointment. The woman who answers the auto desk laughed in my face when I told her it's absurd I'm expected to pay for this after putting less than 800 miles on a vehicle I just bought. Don't go here these people are idiots. You will be treated with little respect and you'll be paying thousands for repairs.

Their Odessa location could not accommodate my work schedule, so I was directed to the Fort Stockton shop. I arrived at approximately 4:00 PM and waited about 15 minutes before my vehicle was looked at. They had just completed work on another vehicle, and my truck was promptly relocated to that spot. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout the visit, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that no estimate or quote was provided before the work began. The repair involved hard-wiring two hood-mounted cube lights on my 2022 Ford Raptor into an existing upfitter switch. Once access was gained, the installation was straightforward and relatively simple. The work was performed outside because both service bays were occupied, and the overall condition of the shop appeared disorganized and cluttered. The installation took approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes to complete but could have been sooner (under 45 minutes) had there not been so many interruptions where the technician had to deal with other drive-in customers, and I even assisted the technician with portions of the work. Despite that, I was billed for 1.5 hours of labor. While the material costs were reasonable, I found the labor rate--effectively around $200 per hour--to be excessive for the scope and complexity of the job. Combined with being charged for additional labor time beyond what was actually required, the final bill felt significantly overpriced. Although the work appears to have been completed correctly and the staff were friendly, the lack of upfront pricing, the labor charges, and the condition of the facility left me dissatisfied. For those reasons, I do not plan to return, regardless of any warranty offered, and I would not personally recommend the shop for similar installations or repairs.

Service employee, Sean John, explained that they discovered a problem with the passenger airbag sensor. If in a collision, the passenger airbag would not deploy. They did not have time to trace the problem. I would need to make another appointment. I tried to schedule one, but was told that it was a warranty repair and they would call me to schedule. I called back over the next two weeks but they refused to schedule it. In the meantime, my warranty was within 3000 miles of expiration and my airbag light stayed on alerting me to the danger of not deploying in an accident. So, we tried again in person to schedule the repair. Again, they refused. The service manager said he didn't know when they would be able to schedule it, but would call me. The employees of Bill Williams tire co. not only diagnosed the issue promptly, determining that it blew out due to my tires unknowingly having been the incorrect size, but also accommodated me after their closing time of 5 PM to install and balance 2 new rear tires. Their act of kindness saved me from an unplanned stay in Alpine and additional costs. I may have just gotten lucky, and I assume this is a rare occurrence that only happens whenif the sympathetic employees deem the situation urgent, so don't expect the same accommodation as it's a rare occurrence to be serviced after hours in this manner by ANYONEanyone. Overall, I was able to get to my destinations on time with little delay. Though their services are pricier--$335 for two tires, installation, and balance--compared to Dallas (about $200), I appreciated the excellent service, speed, and quality of work. They had my correct tire size (215/60R16) in stock, unlike other local shops. For those in Alpine, they are the only place with an alignment machine, which costs $125 per service. If I lived in Alpine, Bill Williams would be my go-to tire shop. Their willingness to help in a pinch and provide top-notch service is commendable. Thank you to the Bill Williams team for turning a potentially trip-derailing situation into a minor delay.
