Our first buyer didn't go through and she had a 2nd open house right away without us asking for it; she'll follow up with buyer agent 20 times a day if needed (literally). - Respect and integrity. Not just for us, but also for other parties, too. Not only are those of us on the street dealing with the horrendous view the poor new owners have completely lost any chance to recover their front yard. Its going to have to be completely redone. The only reason why they have my number is because these folks are connected to list of properties that requires you to share your info before you can view any listing or details about a property. However once you opt out that means you respect the consumers wishes!!! Once you share you still don't get much info and ur stuck having to actually then speak with an agent. The gentleman keeps calling and is ready to battle you with a counter response to your answer NO... this guy does way too much if I'm being honest and comes off desperate. I had received a call and declined it cause I was busy and then not even seconds later... literally immediately once I declined the call this person called right back... and I get an email as well .. 3 attempts to communicate in less than 14 seconds is excessive and borderline harrassment. I spoke with the gentleman and requested at that point to remove me from his leads and calling list and he said ok ... then days later I get back to back text messages and 4 more calls... like wow !!! Seriously??? ... Regulatory and legal violation of consumer rights at this point. Then today ... I get another call... smh. These folks are desperate... I'm in the Lending industry myself and can spot sleezy sales or desperate sales tactics to know the practice is not ideal. Only in it for themselves and does not respect you .. they only respect what you can do for them... I will never entertain any listing they are attached to, as it will cost my sanity and be a headache to manage based off my interaction with them. I blocked them at this point. I may have opted in at some point yes but never did I agree to excessive communication. Additionally ,when the option to opt out is requested you are required to fulfill this request whether it be written or verbal at any point in time especially if its my mobile number. This request was asked on a number of occasions and your team failed to fulfill.
