If I could give them no stars I would! If you are going into a deep clean, I recommend being extremely careful! Not only was it expensive but they cut my tongue so deep! Be careful of the photos if you are afraid of blood. After talking to them about this issue, I receive no apology and was brushed aside with my concerns! Yes I asked for my money back but they refused since the service was already done. No apology, no refund, terrible service, expensive, and terrible customer service. Like I said be careful of the photos, they are blood and nasty. The cut is deep! There is no way I could have bit my tongue and stab it that far in. Be careful!

I spoke with them over the phone and told them we had the X-rays and when we got there they said there was a fee I didn't even ask how much I told them that the operator said there would be. I Be no charge. And they immediately got Nasty. The dentist was ancient and kept saying that the snap in teeth were just like dentures. They were really rushed once they found out our budget which I already told the girl on phone when I made the appointment and it just got worse from there my son also had an infection and I had to ask for an antibiotic. At first she said no this is just a consultation. So you see a patient with several infected teeth and they wanted my son to come back for a full appointment to pay for a prescription for an antibiotic. Then they didn't want to be bothered with us once I told the doctor our budget and said that the implants were about 100,000 and were indignant when I said I couldn't even pay the list off in the timeframe I would have been paying over 1100.00 per month for 80 months not counting the interest and that there were two more spots to go to to get a quote. What a horrible place and u bet that the receptionist and others working there don't have 100,00. It's terrible to say but I can't wait until they can't afford to have there infected teeth taken care of and then be treated like dirt.

File tip broken and left behind in root canal

Andre Zargar cost me over $10,000 to correct this nightmare. I was in so much pain after my root canals and Zargars plan for care was to shave them down more and hope they would settle and the pain would subside. As a single mom of two this entire situation set me back beyond. I have a heart condition SVT, the infection from the file tip left in my canal caused my heart episodes to sky rocket to the point I had to get a loop recorder implanted in my chest. Only to find out the infection was causing episode's to happen more often and if I would have known about the infection sooner I wouldn't even need to have the loop recorder implanted. All in all it cost me thousands of dollars to have this corrected and I ended up losing the tooth completely and can not afford an implant. I have since had my loop recorder removed and my heart episodes back to "normal" with the infection gone. The board sided with zargar and gave him a non disciplinary class so that I would not be able to be reimbursed based on it being non disciplinary. Please don't get dental work done here!

They don't match anyways

It had been bothering me quite a bit, but Dr. Sadowski took such great care of me! We decided to place composite in the affected area to help prevent future staining, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm truly impressed with how everything turned out--such a noticeable difference. Highly recommend--one very happy patient!

Biltmore Commons has asked me to leave a review. I cannot in good faith say anything nice about…read morethis place. I am new to the area and was recommended to this practice. My old practice was a single dentist, a few dental assistants and a receptionist. You spend your entire visit with the dentist and he provides you an honest summary of your visit. The total visit is under a half hour. Biltmore Commons has 6 Dentists and at least that many dental hygienist and more dental assistants and receptionists. You spend the majority of your visit with your hygienist and about 2 minutes with the dentist. Because there is so much overhead you get a Spirit Airlines experience where you are constantly getting upsold nonsense. The hygienists are more like used car salesmen than people who clean your teeth. I have been to this place twice and they have tried selling me laser treatment ($100) night guards ($800), Invisilign, a Waterpick ($120), an additional cleaning, and they were going to try to sell me an electric toothbrush if I didn't already have one. The hygienists don't give up the entire visit until you say yes to something. The dentist never says you need any of these things. I never went through with any of these scams. And I will not be going to Biltmore Commons ever again. My first visit was 2 hours (with x-rays) and my second was almost an hour (without x-rays). I have a life and my time is not valued. My recommendation is to find a dentist with less overhead where they can pay for their practice with just regular dental work and not ancillary products.

If could leave 0 starts I would Read the bad reviews and…read moretrust it This business has managed to collect $2050 from me in the span of 2 months in 2024. For a tooth extraction, bone graft, and a silver filling exchange. It was a lot of "this is what your insurance covers, this is your copay " after procedures it was a lot of "actually your insurance did not cover it and this is what you owe" I took my business elsewhere after I kept paying for things that did not add up. The last time I receive dental services was 11/2024, Fast forwarded to April 2026 I get a call from healing dentistry in 2026 (17 MONTHS LATER) and a voice message saying I have a balance and if I don't pay in 2 weeks, it will go to collections. Healing dentistry has NOT sent me itemized bill or final notices via mail or email. One charge to my insurance was for cancer oral screening, which by the way should come standard during a cleaning, which my current dentist by the way does. My mental health and credit score is greater than $200. I do agree with previous review stating that this dentist office will submit claims to insurance knowing that it will be denied and patients will have to pay for it On my statements that was NOT covered by my insurance: Limited evaluations Test of mucosal abnormalities Periodic evaluation Gingival irrigation Drugs or medications dispensed in the office Diagnostics study models Desensitizing medications READ THE REVIEWS

Not as biological or holistic as they portray. My experience here felt inconsistent, dismissive,…read moreand at times questionable. I've been a patient for about a year. I originally came here after another dentist told me I had cavities and pushed drilling, which I wasn't comfortable with. At my first visit, after X-rays and a full exam, I was told I had zero cavities. Fast forward to my most recent visit after new X-rays, I was suddenly told I now have multiple cavities, including one in the exact same spot the previous dentist had identified the same one this office previously said was not a cavity. That's not a small oversight. When I said I wanted to try addressing things naturally, the response felt dismissive. The dentist literally turned her head away from me so I couldn't see her face. Instead of a conversation, I got a treatment plan with thousands of dollars in fillings and no real discussion of alternatives. For a practice that calls itself "healing," there was no guidance on remineralization, no discussion of internal or lifestyle factors, Minimal education, despite recommending nano hydroxyapatite products. I was given things like MI paste with no idea what it really was or how to use it. Instructions were vague. It's very surprising that this is a dental school. I have no idea what the source of this product is. As someone who always reads labels, the source of a product is important to me. A lot of hydroxyapatite is synthetic. This dentistry calling itself "healing" felt like branding, not philosophy. Also, some of the interactions with staff were concerning. When I paying for $300+ whitening trays the receptionist told me I would need to repurchase whitening trays again soon because of "germs," which honestly sounded like a sales tactic, not science. We're constantly exposed to bacteria that explanation didn't make sense and came off as trying to upsell. I was also asked what I do for a living during payment, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable especially when being presented with a large treatment plan. I was told they have "60,000 clients," which didn't match what I observed at the practice, and added to the overall feeling that things weren't being presented transparently. On top of that, offering Botox and fillers while branding as "holistic" feels contradictory to what many patients expect when choosing a biological dentist. I came here looking for a provider who would partner with me and respect a more natural, conservative approach. Instead, I left feeling like I was being funneled into the same outcome I was trying to avoid just under a different label. If you're expecting true "healing dentistry" in the sense of collaboration, education, and respect for natural approaches, that was not my experience.
