I thought this was a great dentist but then years later I still had pain after having root canals done with Dr Singh & Dr Iniguez and ended up having to see a specialist who found 2 more roots that hadn't been cleaned out during the previous root canal. So I'd see a specialist for root canals. The front office is friendly & the office itself is beautiful but with that being said they are very expensive. I don't mind things being expensive if it's worth it but I had to have several root canals redone because roofs weren't treated. read more

BEWARE PRICE GOUGERS - Beautiful office, trained professionals, friendly staff - However, the office over charges and will not let you refuse upcharges. I went in for a cleaning that is typically covered at 100%, they conducted a deep scale cleaning which was not covered fully. I ended up with a $217.00 bill for a cleaning. I called them and let then know I wasn't aware of the extra charge and I asked them for future reference, can I just get a basic cleaning with no upcharges. Their answer - if we recommend upcharges and you refuse them, we cannot treat you at all. So you pay their extra prices or you can go see someone else. Dr. Janbou (hope I have it spelled correctly) treated me for a bad lower right molar that had cracked in four places. He was able to design a new crown for that tooth, and he treated and prepped it a week ago previously for the procedure. His assistant was Amy, and she was kind and got the pillows positioned so I could breathe during the prep time and for the installation of the completed crown. At no time did I feel that I was being waterboarded. They are kind people and tended to my comfort, as I have a deviated septum, and it is difficult for me to breathe when they tip back the chair and lower me for their access. I have not been back to this dentistry and wouldn't based on the refusal to give me something from my body, the way he came up with false reasons as to why, and me being taken advantage of at that young age and trusting his word. Had a terrible experience with Singh Smile Care several years back. Had a bridge implanted by Dr Singh at great cost, and it failed within 2 months. He apparently didn't realize I needed grafting in the area, but did the procedure with no guarantees offered and I was out several thousands of dollars. No refund, no offer to make it right. I had to get a flipper instead, but it was large and bulky and I asked if it could be trimmed down, so I could taste food. It was trimmed but I was suddenly dropped from care with no explanation. I was stunned by this treatment and consulted an attorney, but my (now late) wife was suffering from dementia and I couldn't take the time or effort to pursue them in court. I wish I could give at least one star. I was seen by this office from October to February. I had originally given a good review. My job ended and I came back to Texas. I had a lower and upper partial done. Two months after getting home I began having problems. I already had mentioned that the uppers did not fit, they adviced I come to the office. I not able to, so they quickly told me to see a dentist in Texas it was out of their hands. I had expected better after care support. Today, my lowers broke on the metal. I called the office wanted the name of the lab. I hoped they would stand behind their work. I have had them for seven months. Again, I am informed to see a dentist here. Again, not much of after care support. I spent $15,000.00 out of pocket, plus what they charged my two private insurance. It is sad that no one stands behind their work. I am now retired, living on a fix income. I don't have funds to go see another dentist and have them fix the problems Singh Smile created and won't stand behind thier work. Dr Singh was great and so was my hygienist one of the most incredible dental visits of my life when it comes to the care minus a drill accident we will claim is from dry lips and I'm not even tripping about that tbh its the treatment plan front desk people that dropped the ball miserably I'm told I can get work done in Oct then my benefits renew in Nov a few weeks and I'll finish my work mind you they are doing a ton of work one side at a time one side being far more emergent than the other and who wants to get one side of there mouth cleaned then wait 2 months to do the other side that's incredibly stupid and counter productive because of the fact that I would be getting the rest of my work done in a few weeks to me it did not matter which side I would start on I get up front for them to tell me I can't come back until January because my benefits when they had already seen my benefits and I'd already been told something totally different so obviously I'm upset because by the time they do the other half I'll need a clean again and i now have to live with all these more emergent issues in my mouth for 2 more months it makes absolutely sense to have left a decaying tooth a chipped tooth a broken filling a tooth suffering from bone loss all separate teeth btw alone for 3 fillings that were not bothering me im really upset and they did absolutely nothing but pass me to someone to make sure I paid in the middle of my complaint before she gave me a resolution which surprise there was none I had such high hopes that this would be the dentist to do all my work I'm coming to get my other side finished (maybe) and I will absolutely never return or never recommend and I will be prepaying because getting up front to be told my bill is like 150$ higher than quoted with no explanation is nuts it was removed but none the less they clearly have some issues up front that need to be resolved and for that alone they get 1 star read more

Had a front tooth filling replaced perfectly with x-rays and camera shots to formatively explain my personal dental needs. And a very pain free thorough cleaning, the hygienist was lovey. Alyssa was incredibly professional and caring while getting us situated over the phone. Her kindness and quality service continued once we arrived- in fact, every provider and staff that we encountered during the visit were exceptionally efficient and patient-centered. They truly made a stressful moment feel bearable. They even got us back to see a doctor within 5 minutes of arriving even though we weren't scheduled to be seen for another hour. After having driven to a different dental provider that gave us horrible service and then trying to hurriedly find another, we are thankful to have found Singh Smile Care! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! This dentist took over my old dentist's practice. I had a chipped tooth that they fixed in their office. Less than 6 months later, it chipped (while I was on vacation). When I asked them to reimburse me because I was going to have to have the work done somewhere else, they told me I should drive 5 hours to have it done by them instead, ignored my request for reimbursement, and then when I got home, sent me a letter "dismissing" me from their care. When I called to inquire about it, they promised me a call back the next business day by their office manager (who they assured me had a direct have in making the decision WITH THE DENTIST!!) Guess who never got a call, didn't get reimbursed, and had to pay TWICE for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. This is the least professional thing I've ever heard of. read more

Lots of upselling without explaining why the services are necessary. They constantly send messages trying to change appointment times to something that isn't convenient. They moved their office without notifying patients. They overbill and then don't refund the money they charged. Now they cancelled their relationship with a major insurance carrier and said there "wasn't much" difference in cost. $23 vs $163 is a HUGE difference! read more

My New Year's resolution is to write more yelp reviews, especially the good! Sadly, this is a bad one. I presented the following written narative, in person, to Singh Smile Care on 10-31-2022 and received absolutely no response. After spending almost $8,000 on my dentures, I was truly surprised when approximately 6 weeks later, my lower partial plate broke. It broke while just wearing the denture. I wasn't even eating a meal. Upon inspection, it was obvious that the break was at a very poorly soldered metal joint. As a hobby gunsmith, I have considerable experience with soldering, brazing and welding. I was simply amazed that Dr. Singh looked at the broken denture and stated that it would cost me $151 to repair. I didn't say anything then, but it really didn't sit well with me. This just wasn't right! This has continued to fester and the only reason that I have continued to give you my business was because I am reluctant to change, but mostly because of the friendly personnel that work there. Not long after the plate broke and was repaired and I had paid the $151 for the repair, I found that there was a $65 charge to replace the little silicon cup (which mates with the implanted post in my gums) contained in the lower plate each time it needed replacing. A five second job with a piece of silicon smaller than a match head! I am cognizant that you are in business to make money and that time and materials are worth something, but I felt that this is just a bit much. So, I did a little research in an effort to save myself a buck. I mentioned to Kim that I had discovered the replacement silicon cups and the tool to remove and install them could be purchased online very cheaply. She commented that doing that on my own would void any warranty. I commented that there didn't appear to be any warranty anyway. She made no comment to that and I didn't pursue it any further. My wife also utilizes your services. For tax purposes, I have always requested that our billing and statements remain separate. This has worked well until a couple of weeks ago, when my wife received a bill in the mail for $83. She then stopped by your office to pay the bill. She was informed that the amount was due on my account, but she went ahead and paid it anyway. This should not have happened. In addition, I question why there was money due, since at my last visit, my account was paid in full. This incident was the straw that broke the camel's back! One last point of contention is the frequency that both my wife and I are both solicited with texts to come in much earlier than our scheduled cleaning and checkup appointments. We ignore them. Our insurance pays for twice a year and so, we pay out of pocket for the other two additional appointments. If we responded to the texts to have us come in earlier each time, we would end up paying out of pocket an additional time or two more each year. In summary, I guess that I am going to find another dentist. You have a whole crew of nice friendly people, but I just feel that my treatment has not been just. I can't speak for my wife, so she may or may not continue to utilize your practice, but I am unable to continue to accept how this has all transpired. Now, more than 60 days have elapsed, and I have not heard a single peep! I truly wanted to give them time to respond before I made the decision to post a bad review. I would not recommend Singh Smile Care to anyone. read more

My husband and I started seeing them at their new location on Thunderbird and 67th Ave. I have had a cleaning done and a crown placed and it went well. We have dental insurance and our payment portions were reasonable. We both needed nightguards which our insurance said it would cover. After they were made, our insurance denied the claim. The office staff fought on our behalf and appealed the denial. Although the insurance company wouldn't reverse the claim, because of the odd scenario, Singh Smile Care worked out a plan that was very beneficial to us. We have already referred a friend to this place and both my daughter and I will be going soon to get our teeth whitened. They are a great place, and the customer service is beyond exceptional. The staff is so friendly! Everyone is absolutely wonderful. It is so easy to schedule an appointment, I normally don't need to wait more than a week. When I arrive, I am always greeted promptly and sweetly. I never wait longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room before seeing a hygienist. During my initial exam, cavities were found, unfortunately. They were too deep to avoid anesthesia, which scared me because anesthesia has never worked on me before. Not only was Dr. Singh able to use a dose to actually alleviate my pain, but he's got a technique that makes you not even feel the needle as it goes in! He explains everything in detail, so you leave knowing what procedures are necessary, and WHY they are necessary, and everyone is so patient. All in all, this is by far the best dentistry practice I've ever been to, and even though it's a bit of a drive to get to, it's the only dentist I will see from now on. read more

I've been going regularly to Singh Smile Care since 2016. Since day one every single staff member has made me feel welcome, loved and appreciated. It is still that way today. Ive seen Dr Singh many times. He is kind, caring and an amazing dentist. The practice is state of the art! I've also had the privilege of seeing Dr Osborne. He brings the same level of service to the table. This past month I needed a root canal. Bummer I know! However Dr. Iniguez and his assistant Amy took amazing care of me. They were both very gentle and very attentive to my needs every step of the way. Honestly, twice I almost fell asleep during the procedure! Who does that, but it went that smoothly. And the kicker was no pain at all after the numbing agent wore off. Nada! Thank you Dr Singh for providing a place that not only meets my needs but is always a pleasant experience. I don't like liars, salesmen doctors, being overcharged or pushy people. After our dentist sold his practice to these people, we went for our regular visit. My regular hygienist suddenly was ill with the flu that morning but they miraculously had someone else on hand. Really? Come to find out later when it came to my husband's appointment that she had quit that morning! REALLY? They sell all products you can find on Amazon or Costco at double the price. Their fees are over $100 more than another dentist on ONE item/code. Add it all up. Why would you pay more for services you can get elsewhere for less? Do your homework! Insurance companies don't cover the entire bill. Each dentist is contracted for a certain amount. So YES the price you end up paying will vary from one dentist to another. They give away a gift basket to get the reviews. They sent in a pre-authorization request to the insurance company to get pricing even though I told them I was going for a second opinion. They have a 48-hour $75 cancellation fee. The hygienist tried to make me go back to see her every 4 months even though the insurance doesn't cover it. They are in the business of making money, pure and simple. read more

Today I woke up with the most terrible pain radiating from one of my teeth. I knew from previous experience that this was going to be a root canal. I called around to a few places and sadly no one was willing to squeeze me in. After reading the reviews about this place I decided to call them and from the moment the receptionist answered the phone I was snagged. I will start with her, she was super helpful and genuinely wanted to help me. She made the whole process flow very smooth and she was super nice with a great spunky personality that just radiates over the phone and through the office. I really appreciated all that she did for me and for being awesome!! The techs that helped the dr were also equally as amazing! The main tech helping with me was very good about keeping me notified about each step that was happening and she was great about checking to make sure I was doing ok throughout it all and kept me very comfortable. The doctor did a fantastic job. How many people can say they went and got a root canal and kept falling asleep during it? Not many. Enough said. Everyone at this office was great and I will definitely be going back for my preventative care and any issues I have in the future and I recommend that you do too! read more

I went here for a couple years and thought my dentist and hygienist were great. There are definitely some downsides to this office though. Minimum two hour appointments for new patients, no appointments after 2pm and the office closes at 1pm on Friday. Sounds great for the people who work there but not work life friendly for patients. My last experience has been the worst though, and trying to schedule an appointment during covid obviously isn't easy nor did I expect it to be but I did expect better customer service. I asked the office if my husband and I could get appointments together since we live 30min away we preferred to go together. Finally get on the books together after finding a time we could take off work since their hours are not accommodating. I get a text Friday to fill out a questionnaire, I respond by asking to reschedule. They tell me the next date available and I ask if only one of us changes and the other keeps the same appointment, is that the earliest date available. 12:45pm I get a response back and unfortunately I don't see it until after 1pm, office closed. I asked about other appointment times... not a cancellation.. So I text Monday morning to confirm we will still be at our appointments since no changes were confirmed and I find out they cancelled our appts. So after 5 months of trying to get an appointment they end up just cancelling it without any confirmation. I get it, mistakes happen but this office does not see it this way. I was offered no apology for the mixup and was actually told they did everything right. They complained they have too many patients who need appointments so that's why they gave ours away in a blink... but maybe if their office had longer open working hours they could get their patients in read more

Well what can I say, Dr. Iniguez is fantastic and so is the staff, they are caring and compassionate, I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Iniguez is really good and very patient and always is looking to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Iniguez just completed giving me a new implant and I must say, it was far less trouble or pain than getting a root canal. My smile and self-esteem is better now that the missing tooth is back.
