I went when the previous owner had it and when he sold it I wondered if I should keep going. I am so happy that I made that decision. I have multiple herniated disk and major neck and shoulder problems. Trish is very intuitive and very knowledgeable and funny also. She's very accommodating and always ask me if I feel better or can she do anything else. The answer is always the same... She had a great follow-up program for me to avoid soreness - including a lot of water to flush the lactic acids from my body.
