VERNA KLASSEN, REG did not write that review. We never yelled at you and I called you a total of 2 times in 4 days. THAT'S all. We dropped in at your kennels only because you did not return my msg when I called the first time, and there is no sign posted with hours of operation so we had no idea that we weren't allowed to drop in. There was no one around doing anything except for one person riding a tractor, which I assume had to do with your orchard, not the kennels. And my daughter asked me to check on the boys for her while she was in Florida. All I wanted was to ask whether the boys were okay and all you needed to do was give me a short 2 minute phone call and let me know. But you started screaming at me to stop calling you. Had me in tears with your ranting and raving about how you don't have time to call everyone. When we dropped in on you, you were doing nothing, just sitting in your office. The dogs were all alone in the kennel, we heard them barking, there were no other staff around, no one was out walking any dogs. You had exactly 2 dogs in the kennel because we heard and recognized our boys. If you had more dogs, there would have been a huge barking fit in that kennel. But all we heard was our two boys plaintively calling for us to take them home. How can you say all that stuff?? You treated us like dirt. And Jolene told you that we would be checking on them before she left. I am going to print your comments and give them to her. We'll see what she says. You never tried to call me back after you spazzed on me. That is not true. And the only reason I am using this method of contacting you is because you do not answer your phone and your email address does not work..it bounces back. The yellow pages lists an email address which I would have preferred to use to discuss this, but it does not work.
And the dachshund breeders you mentioned are also friends of mine..you should not be plastering other people's names all over the internet. They have nothing to do with this. I will let them know about this comment of yours. And you should never ever accuse others by mentioning their names, of criminal acts. You are setting yourself up for a lawsuit. This is between you and me, they do not deserve to be slandered like that. I do hope that girl sees this.
You obviously do not like anyone to contact you at all. I suppose you screen your messages and take only "customer" calls because they make money for you, but no one else even gets a call-back, and if they are not a customer they get blasted for calling you. I was never so shocked in my life, innocently trying to get some info on our boys, making sure they were okay, that's all I asked for, a 2 minute call and you don't have time to do that??? That's crazy..what kind of business would treat people like that. You don't know, maybe I have a dog and might need a kennel one of these days. And maybe if you had treated me well, I would recommend your business to others. But not now. I will never recommend you nor use your kennel for our dog. Mof, I am tempted to talk to our vet and make sure they do not recommend you to their clients either. It just doesn't make business sense to treat people the way you do. read more
