Since the transition to Rocket, it seems the main priority hasn't been quality of service, but rather pushing as many subscriptions as possible. On my most recent visit, I went for the most expensive service. Not because they do a great job, but because I'm hoping that maybe that visit will be the visit they remember to do all the services I pay for. Sometimes, it's not doing the windows. Other times, it's not vacuuming the backseat. Today, it was doing such a poor job on cleaning my wheels -- and yet when I had to ask them to re-do that, I'm looked at like I was demanding their firstborn child. I realize it's a busy car wash, and I'm not expecting a detail level of service. But if you're charging $36 for a service that used to cost around $20 at the same location under a different name, I think we can be a little more fastidious about the offerings.

It was the same sound as when rocks are kicked up along a highway that bounce off the windshield. At the other end of the carwash a crack started forming near the bottom center of the windshield. After mentioning this to the owner, he took me inside to show how the carwash works. Based on that experience, it was not apparent how this could have happened, unless one of the flaps picked up a hard object. The owner's reasoning was that the crack was previously there but unseen due to the dirt on the windshield. Unfortunately I cannot prove that the carwash created the crack. So for now I'm stuck paying for a new windshield. But hey, I got a clean car!

Compared to other detailing companies his price was very reasonable. My wife has a Mazda CX5 and he charged $150 to detail the inside. I dropped it off and he completed the job in about 5 hours. Before the detail the car had stains on the seats and dog hair in the car. He did a great job and it was completely cleaned. No stains or dog hair. My wife was really happy and I definitely recommend him to anybody who needs a great car detail for a very good price.
