Since the transition to Rocket, it seems the main priority hasn't been quality of service, but rather pushing as many subscriptions as possible. On my most recent visit, I went for the most expensive service. Not because they do a great job, but because I'm hoping that maybe that visit will be the visit they remember to do all the services I pay for. Sometimes, it's not doing the windows. Other times, it's not vacuuming the backseat. Today, it was doing such a poor job on cleaning my wheels -- and yet when I had to ask them to re-do that, I'm looked at like I was demanding their firstborn child. I realize it's a busy car wash, and I'm not expecting a detail level of service. But if you're charging $36 for a service that used to cost around $20 at the same location under a different name, I think we can be a little more fastidious about the offerings.

I've been paying over $50 a month for years and they just denied my claim as if it didn't happen AT THEIR FACILITY!!! Don't waste your money because they could care less about you ir your vehicle. I called the number listed on the board if you needed help--there is no way to leave a message--very frustrating. I'm out $15.00 and still have a dirty car. The place is normally reasonably clean, but not well-kept. As for the gas, no worries, but the policy where GE removes any leftover perk credits once you redeem and fill up is kinda "bah"...not a fan of that cheap move. Hence, 4 stars, not 5. Having said that, I always redeem my perks for 30 gallons, taking extra 5 gallon red cans. I got 30 gallons for $2.97 this time...so that's good enough to make me smile.

You stay in your car, pay at a drive-up machine with an attendant guiding you onto a track that then guides you through the wash. Takes mere moments for entire process. Don't think 22.00 for moments worth of an exterior only wash is gonna cut it for any future visits but it looks as though it washed well.

It was terrifying, an employee guided my vehicle back on the rollers. However, after the wash, not a single employee came to check on me or the car. I found fresh damage on two of my wheels. When I brought it to the owner, Brian, he was completely dismissive and insisted it "couldn't possibly have happened here." Between the unsafe equipment, lack of concern for customer safety, and the owner's attitude, I won't be returning. I'd strongly recommend choosing a different car wash. Why spend so much money on a UI and self-service kiosk... to have a worker waste my time and theirs to push the buttons for me AND to tap my credit card for me. I mean... I guess you get your free ModWash air freshener from them... but like... cmon... what a weird concept.
