Through the years I have seen the same faces which tell me BB treats their employees well. That's always a plus for the community. This location is on the corner of Broadway and 36th St. It is a busy spot and often the line extends out onto the street. You enter from the south east corner of the lot. You have to be mindful of the alley and the business on 36th if you are waiting in line off the lot. When you get onto the lot be mindful of cars going to the vacuums and gas pumps. No matter how long the line it goes quickly. They have two drive up kiosks that do the transactions and regulate the flow into the wash lane. They take cards or cash but they also have a membership for a monthly fee. In that case you will have a barcode decal the machine will scan. The attendants are always close in case someone has a question or problem. This drive-thru wash is one of the better ones in the area. I have not had an issue with car damage caused my the machinery. Just heed the signage and you will be good. Once your wash is done you can park at the edge of the lot near the vacuums and towel off the water the blowers didn't get. Towels are available in a small room off the wash lane. That's about all I can say for a car wash rating. Happy travels.

I was unhappy when a this very young kid (look like he's in high or middle school) who I never saw there till that day was wiping cars down. He wiped a very sticky glue, PERMANENT GLUE LIKE SUBSTANCE (I can't get it off) on my car and was laughing telling his coworker. I didn't know what happened till I pulled over around the corner to check my car and saw this substance on the hood of my car. I thought when I got home I could get it off but no it's not coming off. I'm very disappointed that he had the nerve to do that especially when I ALWAYS tip them. BEWARE CONSIDER NOT TO USE THEM. I will go to LAKE STEVENS now to have my car washed.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I had a terrible experience with this company…read more First, I was contacted for approval of the detail, but for the completely wrong date. This was corrected and I was assured it was updated to the correct date. Then comes the day we scheduled the cleaning (a very specific day because we need to ship the vehicle two days later) and I hear NOTHING. I called, texted, and messaged on Yelp. The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time
