My car was dirty, and I didn't want to show up around family look like I don't love my car. When I pulled up here, I thought it was a mistake, because it didn't look like an automated car wash. The set up here was touchless which was a bonus, but based on the weak infrastructure, it's not designed to remove dirt and grime. I think this is a great setup for summer when you car gets dusty or spotty from rain, but I would give this place about a C for overall cleanliness and $14, it's almost twice as expensive as my local Costco Carwash which cleans and dries my cars better and over more services as well. In a pinch, this place will do, but I wouldn't tell anyone it's a must stop. This place has 3 star potential, but the price would either need to come down or the clean would need to be improved.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

When I went to pick up the truck because it took so long they gave me an estimate of $800 to fix the windshield wipers motor and linkage. To fix the motor they estimated 500 plus and that was after they took off the $186 they charge me to diagnose the issue. I took it in to get the windshield wipers fixed. When I went to pick it up they charged me $186 to diagnose not only the windshield wiper issue but they chose on their own to also check my brakes and something else. I did not give them permission or request to have them do this. I would not have objected to maybe $100 even though my friend diagnosed it was the windshield wiper motor simply by turning on the ignition and he heard no clicking or something like that which meant there was no power going to the box. They said they checked the wiring and the fuse even taking that into consideration I don't see where it would cost $186 for that amount of time. My main complaint is they went beyond what I asked them to do they did not quote how much it would cost to diagnose this and I've heard this from other people that they go in to have something done and they charge for diagnosing things that weren't asked for. So basically I would just warn people if you're going to take your car or truck in you should ask them what it would cost to diagnose it. In addition I had had my brakes just fixed the month before so there was no reason to diagnose it. It cost me $800 to have my brakes done they quoted me 1800. This was just for the rear brakes.
