This place is quick and efficient despite the crowded conditions. I have been coming to this…read morelocation for years. The attendants are friendly and professional. Through the years I have seen the same faces which tell me BB treats their employees well. That's always a plus for the community. This location is on the corner of Broadway and 36th St. It is a busy spot and often the line extends out onto the street. You enter from the south east corner of the lot. You have to be mindful of the alley and the business on 36th if you are waiting in line off the lot. When you get onto the lot be mindful of cars going to the vacuums and gas pumps. No matter how long the line it goes quickly. They have two drive up kiosks that do the transactions and regulate the flow into the wash lane. They take cards or cash but they also have a membership for a monthly fee. In that case you will have a barcode decal the machine will scan. The attendants are always close in case someone has a question or problem. This drive-thru wash is one of the better ones in the area. I have not had an issue with car damage caused my the machinery. Just heed the signage and you will be good. Once your wash is done you can park at the edge of the lot near the vacuums and towel off the water the blowers didn't get. Towels are available in a small room off the wash lane. That's about all I can say for a car wash rating. Happy travels.

I noticed that self was stalls had cones on the entrance and decided to use the touch less stall. There was a car already driving out of the stall as I paid and got ready to enter. To my surprise, nothing happened as I entered and tried to get the stall to recognize my car. Nothing happened. As I was trying to troubleshoot a gentleman from karmichael came and told me that stall was out of order and we should contact the number for a refund. Here is my shock... When I explained what had happened he said "why would you move the cones and proceed to pay and use the stall. It is obviously under construction" I said "there were no cones blocking the stalls." And explained that I was using the touch less auto wash. No apologies, "just send me your address and details and I will send you a check." Wow, at no point did I act entitled or hostile for my refund but he sure made it clear that I was inconveniencing him. I support local businesses but I will definitely drive 15 minutes out of my way to go find another business. Not worth the quality or price. When you run a small business, customer service and listening to your customer should be a priority.

I was unhappy when a this very young kid (look like he's in high or middle school) who I never saw there till that day was wiping cars down. He wiped a very sticky glue, PERMANENT GLUE LIKE SUBSTANCE (I can't get it off) on my car and was laughing telling his coworker. I didn't know what happened till I pulled over around the corner to check my car and saw this substance on the hood of my car. I thought when I got home I could get it off but no it's not coming off. Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
