Coralie at the head office is a bully and rude after I asked for an exchange of product.What bothered me most was the attitude condescending and impatient from Coralie. I do not know how this person works at that position with poor communication and screaming at customers.She has no self control .She does not think before acting with the customer that need a quick resolutions to their issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There are plenty of other tile stores that actually value their customers .I'd suggest going somewhere else.

A general tile store will have a better selection and carry more brands, but you will probably find what you need here anyway. The bathroom section has lots of demo bathroom setups and an amazing selection on bathtubs. We wanted a brand they didn't carry, but was a sister brand of a brand they did carry. They called their rep, and made an exception for a special order so that our entire bathroom came from them. Service was just A1. When parts were delayed they called suppliers to speed up shipping so our renovations were not delayed. Highly recommended!

Seriously this is a gigantic Winners and Homesense all-in-one location at the Place Versailles mall, literally steps away from Radisson metro station. Like all Winners and Homesense, it can be hit or miss but I've walked away with more hits than misses at this particular location. You'll find all sorts of unique items for your home if you like to decorate like I do. Recipe books, rugs, olive wood cutting boards, vanity mirrors, hand-blown glass vases from Poland, you'll find all of that here and much more. I think because this location is farther away from the city center, it seems to stock better stuff. Not a big deal. If you're on the metro, it is about 20 minutes from downtown, but keep your ear buds on or read a book and you'll be here in no time. Also, if you like picking up and collecting quality recipe books, this Homesense is the best place for it. I have picked up classics like the 2 volume boxed set of "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" by Julia Child, the classic of Italian cooking "The Silver Spoon", "The Gourmet Cookbook Vol. I and II", all of it in hardcover and for a fraction of what you would pay for them anywhere else. The Julia Child set I often see online for $60+. I picked it up here for $30. It's always worth stopping here and looking because stock changes all the time here and you'd be very surprised what you'll find.
