Eric spent two hours with us explaining the home buying process, various neighborhoods, the market, etc. There was zero pressure to "hire" him - he didn't have that annoying sales pitch personality at all. He guided us through every step, listened to our preferences/concerns, was always reachable (even on vacation), and was flexible to show properties. He only showed us homes that matched our preferences, which saved us time, and we were able to find our future home after only a few weeks of looking. Throughout the entire experience we kept wanting to say "this was the easiest thing we've ever done!" but continued to hold off until closing just in case everything fell apart. It never did, and we have Eric to thank for making sure everything ran smoothly. I've heard a few horror stories from friends about other agents in the Old City area, so my fiance and I are eternally grateful to have found Eric. I recommend Eric without reservation. When we asked for the reason, we were informed that the construction company was using the unit for construction storage?? They showed us an "alternate" apartment that was not even close to the original, then stopped helping us and released us from our lease that THEY violated. I would never ever deal with this company again or even consider renting from them in the future. I would highly recommend staying far far away from them!! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Kelly Edward's immediately contacts political offices and begins blaming tenants if they even dare contact the State Representative or Council people and defames tenants to protect themselves. Buildings without proper HVAC systems that are blowing hot air and extremely humid. Previously attempted to have tenants pay for handicapped spots and allowed others to park in them without handicapped needs.

A few months ago, we kicked the process into gear again and I flew up to Philly to look at at least ten properties I had researched. Since I did not rent a car, Justin was nice enough to pick me from the hotel and drive us around to the properties. Since my husband wasn't there, Justin offered to take videos of any of the houses and post on Youtube. Three Youtube videos later and we decided on our house. We are currently going through all of the processes associated with purchasing/closing on the house and Justin has been a huge help being that my husband and I are in Arizona. The hallways need to be cleaned now that it's getting warmer it smells like cats. Trash is always everywhere. Complex needs to be updated badly and not worth the rent some pay 825 and some pay 840 for the same crappy apartments. I wish I would have took my time when deciding to live here. I'm hoping I can get out my lease I should be able to just from the amount of noise that goes on here. You can here literally hear the main door opening with a sound bar. Just horrible apartments.
