You introduced me to the glory that is Commonwealth Bank. Easy netbank transfers, some of the best and friendliest phone conversations I've had with anyone INCLUDING my mates, and a system that almost seems truly dedicated to the customer. They're baaaaack! My…read morefirst in-person banking experience in over 10 years...I was frightened, but the Smith Street office made it such a personal, friendly, and easy experience. Aveen Mitra really stands out for the service he provides, and remembers you when you come back in. This must be what banks were like when my parents were my age, you know in the 'good old days'. Banks all do the same thing, yeah, but the way they do it is what makes some stand out. Bank of Melbourne is back, and doing it right.

Also, Bank Teller window is closed 11am - 12pm (assumably for lunch each day).
