I was away for roughly 4 months, and in those 4 months, I gained between 12 to 15 pounds, and the belly was back in full force. I could easily pass for someone in their second trimester, and I'm a dude. And sadly, it was once again hard to tie my shoes without holding my breath. So I readjusted my schedule & priorities, and have been back at F45 for 1 month. In that month, I have lost 2 pounds, and the belly is not as round, but definitely still there. It's kind of hard to erase 4 months of damage in 1 month. And I know the damage was just from the lack of activity since my diet has always been horrible, and will most likely stay horrible. But the best part? I can once again tie my shoes without holding my breath. LOL. Moral of the story, prioritize fitness and your health, even if you eat like crap.

I reached out hoping the situation would be addressed so she could continue dancing in a positive environment. What was most disappointing to me was that no one ever called to discuss my concerns or hear my perspective or my daughter's. Instead, after I raised concerns about the bullying, I was informed that our family would no longer be able to attend the studio because they felt the relationship was no longer a good fit. As a parent/ grand parent , I expected open communication and an effort to address the concerns before ending our enrollment. I also requested a refund, which was not resolved to my satisfaction. In my experience, I did not feel my concerns were adequately addressed. I was told they reviewed footage, but not for the entire two weeks and not the episode that occurred outside. My kid went to the bathroom, crying almost every day. I Do not recommend putting a child in this situation where a facility does not take any actions to call you directly to hear your side of the story . Do not recommend this studio.
