Regarding some of those negative reviews... please take accountability for yourselves and your actions...when you are a group of young girls coming for fun or a bachelorette party, you need to book a private class. Most of us in there take this seriously, it is a workout, it is our hour to decompress from the stress of life. So when you come in and are rowdy, not following directions, and causing a commotion, it's disrespectful and we are going to say something to you. You don't go to 24 hour fitness and act crazy, this is the same, respect the class/instructors/and others around you. Elizabeth is an incredible instructor and human and if she was "rude" to you, it was because she is running a business and you are being disrespectful to her and her other clients.

The trainers are wonderful in their own unique way; Kelly will motivate and push you while focusing on form, Jenn is the ultimate cheerleader with such a sweet spirit and Jimmy seems laid back until he hands you heavier weights knowing you can do more. The trainers will meet with you individually to work on your goals and give you tips while tracking your progress. I have always been apart of a gym and enjoyed being active. Burn provides so much more than your typical gym, it is an atmosphere focused on improving and motivating with a community of likeminded members. I'm a fan ;)

Christina and Ben are fantastic trainers that take the time to make sure your form is right and push you to get stronger. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any fitness level. They will individualize the workout for what is needed. I love that there is a trial week option to check it out.
