It's a small little shop but they have a good assortment of things besides the rock candy. They have fudge and the day I went, they were passing out free samples of it. They also have a section with "naughty" themed chocolates and another section where you can purchase Breaking Bad and New Mexico themed souvenirs. I bought a Los Pollos Hermanos shirt on a previous visit. The staff has been very kind on both my visits and they even let you use their single bathroom which is nice of them to do. We left with 4 hot sauces and 2 salsas, after he was able to try a wide array of sauces to determine what he liked best. Each was arranged by heat level, making it easy to explore, even for me who doesn't like spice that much. There were so many unique blends and brands, it was an experience! It was so friendly and almost immersive inside. Natalie helped us, and she was amazing! She and my husband dove into hot sauce talk and were still at it up until the time we left. It was fun to watch the joy in both of them over the topic. The look matches the passion, small but thoughtfully arranged. It's like a hot sauce boutique. The food and coffee here aren't excellent. No question. Surprisingly strong spice level for an old town location, good range of New Mexican AND coffee shop menu options for breakfast and lunch. I had the enchiladas and added eggs and bacon, which is essentially Huevos Rancheros the way it is served in bowl form. Potatoes, beans, and chile flavors all complimented each other well, nice garnish and nice presentation. Had house coffee which is SOLID. The service style is counter ordering with a number, which for me is a great system. Negative - the coffee service with food is a bit confusing. Coffee comes in a paper cup for everyone apparently, which feels a bit sloppy. Mugs would be really nice. Also, because coffee is served with meal by table delivery, coffee takes a long time to get to the table. I personally like my coffee immediately and intravenously, so this was frustrating. The patio is lovely - the tables are weird. There are only large group tables, no small tables. BIGGEST Negative - parking. I looked at the social media, menu, website, and the parking problem is not addressed anywhere that I could easily find. The adjacent city lot is priced for tourists - $12 flat rate. Given that the numerous other breakfast options in the area have free and close parking, in our lamentably car-driven culture, Tiny Grocer is at a big disadvantage. I'm sure this is a recurring and difficult problem, and I would suggest blasting a solution on all social media, pinned posts, first line in bio, menu, everywhere. People could park on 18th st, 19th st, next to Tiguex park, and take a short walk to a lovely experience.

By supermarket, I mean more of a convenience store, but there is no word for that in Spanish.
