My boyfriend and I had everything boxed up ready to go and even helped in the moving process. 5 star moving company showed up 3 hours late to our place. Sent over star guys but did not inform us there would be a charge per guy they sent over. I was told $129 per hour no matter what. Instead they charged 64.50 per guy they sent. They also charged an extra hour that was not correct because I timed them. Also the lead guy on the moving job was always texting on his phone getting no work down as my boyfriend and myself hustled to help move boxes down. (They also broke a few items) So after this day of moving stuff onto their truck to sit over night and to be delivered the next day because that's when we could move into our new place. 5 star moving was late again about 3 hours. This time they just had to move stuff off of their truck and into our garage that was it. Again I understand by Brian that it would be $25 drive fee plus $129 an hour.
