They met me there on schedule, as I purchased it (once you buy it there you need to take it). Larger items like this can be ordered from Costco on the net, paying shipping charges, and have it delivered to your door or garage. Getting it unpacked, moving it in the house where you want it, and putting it together is up to you. Costco will do this when you order a major appliance, but not something you buy in their store. Two Men and a Truck actually was two guys that did all this for me. They were careful and courteous. They even moved a smaller cabinet so the new one could take it's place. They used throws to protect the floors, and took away all the packing materials. The quote was free, professionally arranged, and reasonably priced. I was very happy with their service, and would use them again.

In the end I was charged $2400!?!? They hire a handful of NDSU college kids, and don't allow them to take breaks. So after a few hours the kids slow down more and more, and spin their wheels. An extraordinary amount of time was spent staring into the back of the truck "thinking". Also, they used zero moving blankets--mine was a local move--so boxes shifted, antique furniture pieces rubbed together, etc. They damaged the paint on my washer and dryer because they didn't have the dolly straps seated properly. They didn't take responsibility for any of the damages-- it was somehow all my fault (I "didn't pack my boxes carefully enough", they "aren't responsible for antiques", etc. All bullcrap!). I only hired movers because I had a broken wrist and had a total knee replacement 4 months earlier, and I was moving out of a second floor apartment during a pandemic.
