Taster box was $50 for 5 flavors, that was no problem until they said the flavors are randomized and we can't choose which flavors we want to test. It also would've been cheaper and better to get cupcakes in the different flavors because its $5 per cupcake so we could've tried 10 instead of 5, but they said we'd have to find out what the "flavor of the day" is and they won't make them unless it's already been made. For an upgrade to the contract we had, they said it was going to be a "few hundred dollars" extra as well. Seems like they just want money instead of letting us have a good experience. Which really wouldn't be a problem paying for if we had a good experience but overall it wasn't so we won't be giving our money to this company.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and went to the section clearly marked for pickup orders. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had absolutely no sense of customer service. I was simply trying to pick up an order that I had already paid for, yet the way I was spoken to and treated was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I have never had an employee make me feel so uncomfortable over something that should have been a simple pickup. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but that does not excuse treating customers poorly. The attitude I received was unacceptable, and it completely ruined my experience. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated at this location. I will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again. Very disappointing experience.

He was very professional and explained that sometimes in the wholesale process they can be sold after the optimal times. He assured me that his cupcakes would be some of the best I've ever had, and he certainly wasn't wrong. The following day after my Cheese Course experience I received a delivered dozen of the standard size cupcakes in assorted flavors. Mark was not lying- they were all awesome! My favorite was the key lime with the extra special graham cracker touch, and my husband is dying to have more carrot cake! I've uploaded a picture of the cupcakes in all their uneaten glory.
