I paid for an exam and vaccinations, and the cat was taken to the back for treatment. However, within a few days we discovered he had fleas, which spread to our other two cats and dog. We then took him to another vet, who confirmed fleas as well as ear mites. I understand outdoor cats can come in with issues, but my concern is that these problems were apparently missed during the exam despite me specifically explaining the situation and my concerns. Unfortunately, this ended up affecting the other pets in our home. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone ever!

I did call the groomer asking if my dog got into anything due to his lethargic behavior and told her about the burn marks. She told me to put coconut oil on it as if it was normal. My dog gets groomed every 3 weeks, not saying he likes it but he's accustomed to it. We tried here cause it's down the street from where we now live. She didn't even tell me about the burns when I picked him up. I may have been more forgiving if I was told upfront about the mistake. I can only imagine my dog reacted to the burns so she had to be aware.

The moment the dogs were brought in the shop the owner Linda seemed to hate her job as well as the…read morerest of the world. When the dogs walked in she let out an enormous sigh, and anytime background information over the dogs was being given to her she blatantly ignored it or brushed it off. The owner of the dog salon kept yelling at the dogs to shut up, actions quite surprising from a supposed animal lover. One of our dogs has seizures under high stress, she has gone to groomers her whole life and has never had an issue... it so happens that when Linda started working on her she was put under so much stress she seized. Linda was very insensitive over the topic, she said she wouldn't groom her because our dog is just a liability (we found a wonderful place that did it with no problem at all), however she did finish our other dog. When she was ready the owner sent out a text saying the price was 65 dollars and it was cash only. This did not concord with our 45 dollar agreement, and she did not specify a cash only rule when making the appointment (ridiculous in 2019). When we arrived and mentioned this she proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs, she had every ridiculous and outlandish justification in the book: she is 70 years old so she has won the right to act as she pleases, our dog is 10 years old and we should've told her, she does not need to have good costumer service skills because no one can control how she acts but herself, its her business so she does not have the necessity to be nice, she has a lot of costumers so she can loose a few here and there, and she is not required to listen to her costumers. In consequence she intended to withhold our dog from us and refused profusely to let us take her (she had our poor baby locked up in the back room); she only did so after having a one-sided yelling competition (she was the only one participating if that wasn't clear) leading us to call the police. Once Linda learned they were headed to her shop she obliged and returned our dog to us. If there were a zero star option for this location, that would be our pick due to one star being too good for Linda's shop. Do not take your pets here if you do not wish to traumatize them.

They were and are phenomenal! We lost one of our fur babies, and one has developed additional medical issues. They listened to what I had to say and worked with me on how I wanted them cared for. My little boy has heart issues as well as fluid on his lungs. When I called I asked them if they had an opening for the express service. They did, and I was glad to pay the extra $10. He was done within the hour. They also did my other ones nails, ears, and teeth while I waited. I didn't have to leave her. I really like this groomer, and my daughter now uses them as well.

By the time I arrived at Atascocita Animal Hospital, it was about 20 minutes before they officially opened. The door happened to be unlocked, so I went in, explained the situation, and asked if there was any chance they could help. Even though they're appointment-only, they kindly told me they would see if they could squeeze us in and they did!!! I am incredibly grateful they made the time for us. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind. The woman at the front desk was genuinely warm and compassionate. I was under a lot of stress, and I really appreciated how calm and soft-spoken the entire staff was. The technician and the veterinarian were both very gentle with Zen, and you could tell they truly cared about making him as comfortable as possible. We're still waiting on some of his test results, but they gave him fluids and took the time to evaluate him thoroughly. That gave me some peace of mind during a difficult day. The only downside for me was the cost. I do feel the visit was on the procier side, so if you're on a tight budget, that's something to keep in mind. However, the level of compassion, professionalism, and care we received made for a very positive experience overall.
