Hard to beat the tried and true #2 that I have enjoyed since I was younger, I ordered in the app for pickup and after getting my drink I realized I had screwed up and forgot the cheese, I spoke to the young lady at the counter and they were able to save me with fixing my own mess up. And didn't look at me like I was crazy ordering a burger in the morning. When the closest Whataburger is hours away you got to get it and enjoy when you can. The food came fast and fresh and the staff were working keeping the dining room clean. Would have no issues stopping at this location again! read more

I always have mixed reviews of Whataburger. People in Texas rave about it like it's the best thing in the world but in my opinion -- at the end of the day, it's just a burger. It's not bad but I also don't think it's like that AMAZING either. I still think In-N-Out is better. I was getting super tired on the way back from Atlanta and because I wanted to try something different, I decided to stop at Whataburger. It was around 1AM and I was the only person in the drive-thru. As usual, Whataburger is notorious for having to wait long for their food. I guess it serves the purpose of having fresh food. I think I waited like 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich lol. I can only imagine how long you have to wait when there is an actual line. Thankfully, the sandwich was pretty good. Again, I have nothing against Whataburger but I just think that it's reallt overrated. Just another fast food in the area. Placed an order at 11:15PM for pickup inside. Got my food at 12:05 after nearly losing my temper at what I believe is the manager. Even an employee sitting in the lobby off the clock exclaimed that the restaurant was moving slow. I tried to be calm, but five people after me got served before me. All placing fresh orders. Manager looked at me like I was beyond stupid for waiting for help. I redeemed a reward through the app (buy a medium fry and a medium drink and get a pico de gallo burger (not the junior)) and they decided to cut all of the ingredients in half on this burger. I've ordered it about 5 or 6 times already and this time I redeem a reward they decide to cut alllll of the ingredients usage in half. Half the sauce, half the pico de gallo, half the amount of patties, half the cheese. I paid for some nasty fries and a drink just for this restaurant to do me wrong. Rude service. I haven't been in a state that has a Whataburger in almost a year. I come to visit my mom and, like usual, the first thing I do is run over to get my fix--even though it's freezing outside, I miss Whataburger. I just sat in the outside lane for almost 30 minutes, in freezing rain, mind you. They took the orders from two cars in the left lane that came after me. When the lady finally asked for my order I let her know that she was getting the sequence of cars wrong. She ignored me and asked for my order. Stopped during a summer trip. After we ordered our food, the ONLY other customer in the restaurant received his food. The drive thru had sporadic business. This is only my second time here and, oh my was, I going to hit Whataburger with some smack. But the meat on this burger is DELICIOUS. I got the double whataburger. The lettuce was less than perky and the onions were quite soggy with very little crunch. Fries were still good after they got cold a little. I came here while on a school trip and I received my food quick. The cashiers were nice, and the place was clean.

6/7/2022. Placed online order for 12:10 pickup. Waited 15 minutes, but no food. Went inside. Cashier had not pulled online order tickets. Waited another 15 minutes. While waiting, 5 patrons were waiting for refunds for food not delivered. Finally got my food 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Burgers were OK, but not exceptional. Shakes were mostly sickly sweet syrup and little ice cream. Cookies were all broken and tasted stale. The cashier was acting like he was to cool to be there and he was acting like he was on some type of drug. It was a very uncomfortable environment. Not only did we have to wait 30 minutes for our food, my husband ordered food first and was very clear on his order but the cashier put in something totally different than what my husband asked for. It was like he wasn't even trying to listen. After we resolved that issue I told the same cashier that my husband wanted the meal for the sandwich he asked for in the beginning but again he did not listen to what I said very clearly and brought us just the sandwich. Been open for a several months now, but clearly has not set customer service expectations with team or leadership. Go anywhere but here! This is by fat the worst fast food restaurant in the Brnadon area. I don't care how simple your order is they are going to get it wrong. Just left there around 1:45 AM, I was the second car in line out of TWO! So no they were not busy. I do not eat cheese on my hamburgers and I always ask "please do not put cheese on the burger." I've tried every way possible to order from inside the restaurant, drive-thru, online app, daytime, evening, late night, I've called customer support, complained to the manager on duty. Nothing works at this place and calling customer support is useless, you will not get a refund or replacement sandwich voucher, or a call back from the store manager.
