The parking lot was like what I remembered but inside was a different layout so I am not sure if it was the same spot. Anyway, prices were very reasonable! When the food came out, we could immediately see it passed the eye test--cheese drizzling, real meat, grilled bun. First bite was excellent--I could taste the grilled bun, the flavor of the burger and even the crisped grilled parts of the meat. All other bites, just the same. Had me audibly saying "yum". On top of that, they offered horchata to drink and it was delicious. The fries weren't only well seasoned but they also had an usual kick of heat. This will be my go-to burger spot when I'm in the Garland area. Thanks for being great and charging fairly!

No numbers, they just remember who you are. I always get combo number 1 and add sweet potato fries. The prices are great and not much more than McDonalds but the difference in value is significant. The burgers are not thick but this time I noticed the double burger (#2) is just a couple of bucks more than the the single patty in #1. Note to self for next time. Although the patty is thin, the flavors work. The burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. No ketchup, you add that yourself. The bun with sesame seeds always comes out piping hot. Sweet potato fries are crispy and not greasy. The combo comes with a drink for $10.99. That's a deal. I hope they stay in business another 13 years!

I am not one to usually complain but today at this place I was disappointed. I orderd my usual bacon egg and cheese biscuit. As I waited for an unusually long time for my order I went to the counter to serif maybe it was forgotten. When this is what I see, trash all behind the counter, food on the floor, nobody was wearing plastic gloves like they usually do. They ever addressed me I had to kinda Speak up over the employees joking around with each other. Of course I got the stink eye for that. They all noticed me watching them and then tried to put on gloves pick up trash and such as if they just got busted. I could go on and on. Gross nasty and rude place! The food I ordered I love but not from here! The eggs :cold The biscuit : dry and unbuttered The bacon : I didn't notice any! The facility filthy, unsanitary and teenage employees that are unsupervised! As I left I notice another customer who's food she ordered was not cooked all the way. She politely asked to cook it a little more. So the cashier takes it to the cook in front of everyone and says this lady is crazy will you burn this sh@t! Wow Shut this place down! Or get area manager to fix it before it's to late. read more

So I hear there is Managers @this location testing positive for covid and firing people for speaking out, also firing people for not coming to this location from other locations to help, again this is what I am hearing unfortunately i have to believe what i hear since Whataburger is being quiet about it.
