If I could give this place negative stars I would. The people are very rude. I ordered ahead for a curbside pick up and after waiting over 10 mins for my food I called and asked if my food was ready. The lady then asked me (with plenty of attitude) to pull through into the drive-thru. What's the point of even having a curbside option if you aren't even going to use it! The service at this location is consistently bad. The drive-thru wait varies, but goes towards the long side. Usually the food quality is okay. Tonight, after over a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru I pulled up to the window to find my order was taken incorrectly. The cashier was friendly an apologized. Despite the mistake, they did complete my order quickly. When I arrived home (only a short 5 minute drive away) I found both my burger and fries to be cold. I frequent Whataburgers all over the State of Texas (and some others) and I usually have great customer service with one of the best fast food burgers and fries you can get. It is very disappointing that this location seems to be lacking in those qualities. read more

This location has been bad for years. I guarantee you the only reason they have business is new customers and people who just don't want to drive to another location. Items missing consistently. I don't know how they do it but you actually have to wait for a significant amount of time for your food and it's cold when you get it. I went inside recently, not a hello, be right with you.. Nothing. Drive through chick was staring at nothing, cook looked right at me, some other gal looked right at me.. Not one person acknowledged me. Enough. I now GLADLY drive 3 miles to the Centerville/Broadway location which is sad because I could walk to this location. I don't know how Whataburger corporate/ownership lets this place carry the name. If you visit the drive thru, make sure you double check your order as we have had mustard multiple times when we specifically asked for "no mustard" and it was even repeated back to us. Every time I have gone inside, I have had great service and don't remember my order being messed up. read more

Since this Whataburger is close to a lot of other stops I make during the week, I have gone relatively frequently over the years. I have always been pleased with the accuracy of my order. The restrooms are clean, when you walk in, you're likely going to be greeted with a smile. I would go to this Whataburger at any hour and not worry about the kind of service I may get. read more

During my roadtrip from Georgia to California (44 hours) my friend and I heard the hype about Whataburger and how it was a major heavyweight contender to In-N-Out. The competition was fierce, and I even think that Randy, Paula and Simon might agree with me when I say In-N-Out is better. Not to say Whataburger isn't at all good bcuz truth is that it is a great place, but "home is where the heart is". Place a few Whataburger's in California and you'll experience a food-crazed riot similar to the Pat and Geno's cheesesteak war. Honestly, I cannot pin point one feature that stands out solely bcuz this was in May and I was super hungry, but at the time I was scarffing down the savory and succulent meal I felt like "whoa this is really good. Ok time to hit the road." If ever I'm travelling across the Texas pan handle I will be delighted to pig out at Whataburger which reminds me of Bakers (burger food chain primarily located in the Inland Empire and I believe this place will give In-N-Out a run for its money). #Truth read more

By far, the slowest Whataburger in history. I will only stop here if there are no cars in the drive-thru or inside. If you are in a hurry, or simply don't want to wait 15-20 minutes, this is not the place for you. The food I would say is just as good as any other location that is able to get it out to you within minutes. The best chain burger in my opinion. The flavor of the meat is what separates it from others. Dbl meat with Jalapenos is my all time favorite. The only negative thing I have to say about WB is the lettuce. I know that sounds silly but just hear me out. It falls all over the place as you bite into the burger. Chopped Iceberg lettuce is cheap and that's why they do it. Leafy romaine would be better. That's all. read more

Do not go here. 20 minutes in the drive through. 4 cars. Manager was rude. She said she was short handed but while I was stuck in line. She had time to go to her car, smoke a cigarette and play with her phone. Pay better and get better employees. So disappointed in them. But they were bought out by big Corp. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at this whataburger. Awful awful awful service. After waiting in line for 14 mins I finally got to order. I'm typically not one to complain or be inpatient but it is very hard not to complain. I ordered 1 whataburger with grilled onions and bell pepper on it and a $0.50 jalapeño ranch sauce(no fries or drink) and a bacon cheeseburger combo which is the burger, 1 medium fry and a drink. That is it. 2 burgers, 1fry, and 1drink. I ordered my food at 12:14 . Didn't get the recipient and my change until 12:21. No biggy. I'm not there only customer. But then after waiting and waiting not even got our drink I look at my phone and seen it is 12:47. Then I finally get my drink. At 12:55 they give us (my spouse and I) our food and they gave us the wrong burger. Instead of onions and bell pepper it was mustard and pickles. So we knocked on the window and the girl standing there completely ignored us and she was standing right there in front of the window. She was standing there just waiting then she just walked off. She eventually comes back and we got her attention. She wasn't very nice(you could tell she was frustrated) when she opened the window but we still nicely told her it wasn't right and took the burger back because it was wrong (which is fine but most places typically let you just keep it or something) by this time it's after 1am and we've been here almost a hour for 2 burgers and a fry. The cook later comes to us and asks how we wanted it. Talking nonsense like "I'm going to hook you up" We didn't even get a free courtesy or anything. Also they were out of the jalapeño ranch and he never got it or our $0.50 and we left very upset. Not because were out $0.50 but that doesn't help. I love whataburger but I don't think I'll ever go back. As for my burger that was fine it was completely cold when we got home from sitting there an hour and I live minutes away. Also my patty wasn't even on the bun. Just super sloppy. So if you love people who ignore you and take their sweet precious time to screw up your order and be grumpy at you then this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste there time here. The service is so bad. Super slow, not very friendly, screw up your orders, and make you feel like a burden. And for the record I was respectful and nice the whole time. My husband is a Marine so we have done a lot of traveling. This store was by far THE BEST Whataburger we have ever been in. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted like we were old friends. The food was great. The workers were better. And the fill-in store manager Robert was awesome. It's nice to come into a clean restaurant and actually feel welcome. If you are looking for a good meal and a good time, you should definitely stop here. read more

Their fries have been consistently good. Veggies are always fresh. I like how this particular store keeps it at a flat rate, with tax included. The wheat buns on the grilled chicken sandwich were just a bit stale, otherwise I would give them 5 stars, because everyone that works at this location has been exceptionally nice.
