Being from Midwest I'm a Homer for favorites from the past. To be honest when you order small you need to completely be ready to get a child size portion. (Big let down bc I love me some fries, but I knew what I ordered...) I got a the Double Meat Whataburger w/cheese. Well to be honest the burger meat was great not that frozen meat taste and a double has the same amount meat as 2 Big Mac's. The only bad things were is It wasn't a pretty burger and a little heavy on the onions. This is still a go to place when I come home to visit the family..a true guilty pleasure!! I have the pictures of my food and I had to pull up and wait behind another truck waiting for this food. Although a nice size burger my burger was suffocated in mustard. I had to scrap some off. My size small fry was almost empty and I wasn't even snacking on them. They cost over $2. This is unacceptable. First time visit and last time visit. I'm a whataburger fan but they really have to work on their time management. Most times you are stuck waiting for your food no matter what time you get there. Today I went through the drive through just for a sweet tea. I ended up waiting a while for the car in front of me to get their food. I felt like they should've had the car pull forward to give the car behind them their order that is already ready. But I could be wrong as I don't work in the fast food industry. read more

The guy in front of me waited over 45 minutes to get a simple order while I waited over 25min to get a Whataburger and a med fries. Everybody is upsetting. Employees are upsetting, customers are mad and upsetting. The franchise owner really is to blame for not being trained and know the last thing about hiring and management. I love Whataburger and anytime I want it I will most definitely be going to any other location besides this one. I have went there two different times for breakfast and the manager if alway very rude and condescending to not only the staff but also the customers. The past two times I have had issues. The last time we waited for someone to come up to the register because nobody was manning the lobby and then waited 20 minutes on our food to served I ended up having to go up to ask about it. The kitchen staff is always really nice and they are working hard but man I always feel bad. The food is always good here and the lobby is always pretty clean but seeing how the staff is treated by management it is not something I will support. The overnight crew at this place is horribly slow. If there is only one car in front of me, and they were already sitting at the drive thru window before I drove up, then why am I waiting 10 minutes for my food? Then when I get my food it's missing the onion ring. This is an online order there is no excuse to get it wrong with all the time they have to prepare it. Yet every time I come this early they get my online orders wrong. I drove back now to tell them about the onion ring and they apologized and made me one although I had to wait another 10 minutes for it. To wasn't going to write this review today, because despite getting my order wrong they were very courteous and threw in an extra onion ring. I decided to look at what they were doing when I pulled back up to the window and everyone was just standing around. The reason why I wrote this review is because in addition to all this the person working the fryer was texting on their phone with their gloves still on this is disgusting and the manager saw it and said nothing. I am taken back by my encounter today. I was in lane B behind two cars and a worker comes out and walks to my car and Rudely starts pointing to lane A saying I need to move, I look behind me and she's talking me. She comes back out after I moved lanes and takes lane B'e money I roll my window down and ask why I had to move she said because she's doing others jobs, I said it's hard to hear you with that mask on, I was being genuine I can't. She proceeds to yell at me that it's required, I didn't ask that etc and then says I'm gonna beat this bitches ass. So I calmly ask the other worker at the window her name she says Morgan, I'm not sure if that is her real name. Why was I picked on and the only one that had to move? Why was I threatened at this establishment? I asked her when she came back out to get me a manager and she rudely won't even look at me says which one? I said any of them ma'am. The manager even told me he was confused as to why she has me move lanes. A gentlemen comes out very apologetic he didn't know what had happened: at this point I'm shaking and tears are flowing. I'm so upset. He did give me my money back but it doesn't change that I was threatened at discriminated against at this location. Some action needs to be taken, I will not ever come back. I will not sit by and be threatened at a place I give money to weekly. I left crying and shaking, as a business owner myself, I would be appalled to know my patrons are treated like this. I understand in life people are going through things, but that is no excuse to treat your customers like trash and make them feel threatened while giving your establishment money. AWFUL! We waited for 20 min to get our food. We did app order and they couldn't even come out and tell us they were confused on the name. We had to go through the drive thru to get out food and still waited 5 more minutes. They acted like it was our fault it took them 25 MINUTES to bring it out. This location absolutely SUCKS. Whataburger has many good attributes including serving a good hamburger, but unfortunately their Glenpool location is an exception to that rule. Although we typically dine at the Memorial Dr location ( b/c they are consistently great), we try to support different area locations. In this case, we have visited the Glenpool restaurant twice & each visit was disappointing. Sadly, they offer consistent poor service in cleanliness, food prep, and customer service. Last night, we placed an online order and had to go inside to get the food. During our wait, we witnessed a staff member telling a "drive thru" customer they weren't taking anymore orders for a few minutes and he would need to come inside....??? The restaurant was not clean and we took our order to go. After getting home and anticipating a fresh fast meal, it was the contrary. The meat on the hamburger was not fresh and the buffalo ranch chicken salad was missing the blue cheese and bacon. They always appears to have a large staff of people working so I'm confused by their poor service issues. Whataburger offers quality food and service, but you won't find it in Glenpool. read more

If we could do negative 10 stars we would. After sitting for over 50 minutes waiting for our food, they forgot HALF of our meal. My spicy chicken Cobb salad, being one. When I complained to them about my salad after my entire family finally got their meal, they literally gave me a bowl with lettuce and 3 slices of egg. Nothing else. Apparently that my was Spicy chicken Cobb salad. Seriously? When I said I want a refund on my salad that I never got (I returned the ridiculous bowl of lettuce to them) the lady at the front said "well your family is eating their meals, you've eaten now; why would I give you a refund?" So because my family got their meals after 50-60 minutes of ordering and I didn't get mine, you are going to fight me on a refund for my Cobb. No apology, just attitude, enough attitude that my husband came storming over to defend me because of how ridiculous they were being. And refusal to refund me until I put my foot down. I think I am done eating at Whataburger for the rest my life. Pardon my language but they are crazy stupid for charging $1.50 for cheese!!! The burgers are always cold and obviously precooked along time ago. Every past visit my order has been wrong. I just went through and ordered 1 item, a chocolate malt. I got no chocolate or malt? The first time we came here for breakfast they must have been upset that we asked for fries instead of the hash browns that come with the breakfast. When we brought it home the WHOLE meal (both of them) were covered in a ton of salt.
